They don't go up very high at all and the one that we started to put together A piece fell off that shouldn't have.

At 6'2", 180lbs. this chair is perfect for me. I did a lot of research on different gaming chairs and decided to buy after trying it a friend's house (he is 5'10"). Very easy to assemble and I can't think of one complaint. Its adjustable, different pillows for extra support, sit in it any way you want. This is a great chair for someone who is average to tall and hits all the marks on quality and comfort.

Terrible chair. It came ripped and there was missinf parts

This chair has been sturdy and held up for a few years now. It has a job and it does it. I don’t necessarily get tired but I do feel like the chair is a bit stiff and affects my back more than my bottom. I do with the materials were a bit more plush but it is what it is. Given how the chair is constructed in the seat area you might also feel a bit squished in at times if you have a wider waist like myself or if you just like having room to adjust here and there. Overall it’s been a solid chair but I feel like I probably could’ve gotten something cheaper that did the same job this one does. It’s been sturdy so that’s part of the cost I’m sure but I also believe you’re paying more for looks than comfort, this has been the case for myself at least.

Very comfortable, easy to assemble and really durable

I really like this chair. I had been looking for a new office chair for a long time and decided to purchase this chair online at BB even without sitting in it first, because I trusted that AKRacing was a good brand due to the fact AKRacing chairs are used at numerous gaming conventions and competitions. When I got the chair I could tell right away it was above average quality due to the hand-made stitching and mechanical quality. It has plenty of adjustments and gives great support to your head and back areas. I'm 6-foot 215lbs and the chair feels very solid and the height is just right. It feels like it would support a person much heavier and taller also. One very nice thing about this chair is that it's relatively easy to assemble. This is more important than you think, because chairs that are difficult to assemble often end up not being assembled right, and when you have to screw and unscrew things repeatedly the screw threads can get stripped. Overall I highly recommend this chair to anybody who does gaming or extensive computer office work.

Bought chair on sale, great price, high quality, very comfy, and easy to put together. As a writer, I can sit and write for hours at my desk comfortably. The recline function is great. And the added adjustable pillows work really well in providing extra support. Would buy again.

Bought for my son. He loves it. Very comfortable an great back support for tall people. Not great if you have wide hips.

I really wanted to love this chair, but one major complaint is the seat is narrow. Unless you have really good seated posture, there is no way this chair is going to be comfortable long term. Forget about manspreading...you can't. The sides of the seat are so steep, they are restrictive. I'm a shorter guy with a normal build and I can't imagine larger people thinking this chair is comfortable. I am returning it for the office series.

I use this for long gaming sessions. Super comfortable….. It is exactly what I needed.

This chair will break due to a weak point on the reclining lock function- ive had multiple break at this point. Even though this should be warrantied they will only replace part of it and force you to spend 100 dollars on other parts as you are unable to dissasemble what you need to make the replacement parts work.

while it's comfortable and supporting, there is a strange thing that is annoying the heck outta me and that's that it's popping like crazy. Something in the mechanism keeps popping and jolting me up out of my seat and it happens at odd times.

Ok chair, horrible warranty/customer service policies.
