The chair was easy to assemble and is comfortable to sit in. However, it does not recline and if you try to recline it creaks and the creaking may become permanent. Second, the arm rests are very low and cannot be raised.

Great chair! Bought for my work from home husband. He has back issues and hasn't even needed a support pillow in this chair. He loves it!

Good basic office chair
