Chair arrived with one side crushed in . and fabric creased. company told us thats no problem-just that it happened in shipping but box was NOT damaged. They said take a blow dryer to it and it will puff out fine This damage obviously happened in China when manufactured. And their blow dryer suggestion does not work

It works has a high back and you can sit in it and it keeps your butt off the ground.
