Chair Broke!

One evening the plastic base with the wheels cracked in half. Now the chair is unusable. In my opinion, it is made of poor quality materials.

I sometimes have issues with my legs when I sit for 10 + hours working on a computer but never with this chair. My padding is wearing a bit thin, and I have now tried 3 other chairs unhappy with all of them and am going to order this chair again. Just wish there was a way to add padding... Great chair!

Love this chair

Another reviewer said it wasn't cushy enough, but I have no idea what they mean. This is the cushiest chair I've ever owned. I did notice at first the arm rests going into my thighs, but now I don't even notice it (I'm 300, so might not be good for those closer to 400) This is by far the most comfortable chair I have owned, and I no longer get sitting fatigue.

I am 6'4 and well over 200 pounds. This chair shattered mid online meeting due to using plastic at its stress points in the wheels. Dont see how this chair can claim to hold twice my weight. Cannot recommend due to this which is a shame as it was comfy and large enough for me. In the trash now.

Not really a big & tall chair

The arms are set in place and dig if you sit with them even slightly spread (i use a pedal cycle under my desk) or if you have large hips, the arms would dig into your thighs. Padding on the arms very poor and already starting the shift to the side/flatten. The chair itself is very comfortable-it just needs to be redesigned with adjustable or removable arms.

I have buyer remorse and wish I would have returned it right away. The seat is ok but rather uncomfortable, not stuffed enough and what is worse, the seat height is not high enough. I feel like a dwarf sitting in it and I am 5'8. I had to put a gel cushion in it, which doesn't make much sense. I would not recommend it!

Comfy, "Big Man" chair

Easy to assemble and provides outstanding comfort for long gaming sessions, and I can slouch just enough to where I'm sitting comfortably and can rest my head while watching TV or playing a game, best chair for the value I used in a long time.
