Chair in the last two weeks

It lasted two weeks and the back metal support that goes under the seat got very loose even with using the right Allen wrench and it will not stay tight now it’s past the time that I can return it to Best Buy and I’m having difficulty even finding the manufacture to send it back to them, disappointed in this product

I can sit up higher or go lower is I need to easily. It's on the more firm side and honestly I like a more furniture so if you're in that category I would buy this chair. It's actually really good for as cheap as it is. Lastly the instructions are pretty simple to follow as well. They're all just pictures as usual, no paragraphs explaining the steps like in some instructions.
