OK product for the price

The two halves of the desk top don't fit together exactly (the bolt holes were slightly off) so the left side has to be at a tilt. Also, the tightening knob doesn't hold the tilted side firmly, but it's good enough to hold a laptop in place if you don't lean on it. Assembly was fairly easy, and it looks like the photo.

Solid & attractive, but misleading specification

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This item won out against others in my search because the image says it goes up to 38.5 inches, which is exactly the height I wanted, whereas the others go up to around 36. The problem is that this only goes up to 36 inches if you secure it with both knobs, as shown in the image. To get 38.5, you have to use only one knob, which doesn't allow it to be straight and is obviously less sturdy. I'd have probably gone with five stars if the company had made the rods long enough for one more screw hole, especially given the pric
