The company is unresponsive in regards to inquiry. You would be better off buying a better chair that is slightly more expensive. I have never had a chair break this fast. Do not buy this chair. It’s not worth the headache.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm 280 lbs and needed a home office desk ("rolley") chair that would support that weight (most chairs go up to 300 lbs, and don't last for someone my weight). I research most purchases carefully (usually at CR online, but they hadn't rated this chair) and found this to be a very reasonably priced chair from a reputable maker. I was thinking I would get leather, despite the expense, but am happy that I went with this chair. This seating and seat back material is actually better for my 6 to 8 hour a day use. Seat height adjustment and arm height adjustment are excellent with adequate range. I've had it for a few months now and am very happy with it.
