So disappointing; chair unusable

The main problem with this chair is the outer lumbar pillow (for your lower back), which protrudes way too much, so much so that you can't comfortably lean your head back when sitting upright, and the problem is even more pronounced when reclining, as it pushes you into an awkward, severely arched back position, making this chair completely unusable for me (and also for other family members who tried it). Did no one at the manufacturer bother to sit in this chair during the design phase? Apparently not. Apparently Best Buy doesn't test products either before it sells them to consumers. Also, the footrest support metal rods are quite flimsy, so much so that when you put your feet up, the footrest angles downward, thus failing to provide the support you want. Otherwise, this would have been a good chair. So disappointing. Returned for a full refund.
