Loose back piece, and easily stripped screws

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked the look of this chair, however, it didn't come with instructions but I was able to get it together. A screw on the back piece stripped, and the back adjuster becomes loose after a while, not to mention that its crooked. Although being the right size for me, being off centered feels bad.
