Bought this for my mom to use for emergencies. It’s perfect for her clear screen big buttons and simple to use. Highly recommend as a basic phone.

My family has been after me to get a cell phone for when I drive long distances. I finally have given in to their demands and bought this basic and inexpensive cell phone. I only want it to use it for emergencies.

I bought this for my dad, aged 84. It is a simple to use phone for seniors who have difficulty with technology.

This was a definite best decision for me to buy this phone. I only needed something cheap and only something I can use for family and emergencies.

My old Tracfone didn't get service where I live. This one does! GREAT for phone if like me you just want to call and text. It takes a while to turn on, but when you leave it on, the battery lasts pretty well. It's pretty big (hard to fit in some pockets), but lightweight. Still smaller than an iPhone.

The phone is perfect for my needs. It is simple and easy to operate. It has numerous features and is quite compact in size.

This is my spare phone - got it in case of an emergency. I like it for it is easy to use, extremely light weight, easy to set up.

Simple phone; works fine. Hard to hear on speaker if you have hearing aides. Otherwise cheap&easy to use.

We contacted Tracfone to replace a 2G phone for my mother-in-law and all they would provide was a smart phone which is completely foreign to an 85 year old. Bought this phone at Best Buy and called Tracfone to change over the serice. All minutes transferred and it is much easier to use.

this is my 4th TracFone in 7 years.the other fone was messed up by recharging it at the doctors it appears the current was to high an it shorted out the mechanism so no more recharge.as for my new fone I notice that in the instructions it simply says charge your battery.it dosent how long to charge the battery with my past fones it says to charge the new battery for 5 hours.

Phone is small enough to fit in my husband's pocket or fit in a case that hooks to his belt.

The phone has a lot of good points. I just have issues with the tracfone policies. I was transferring minutes from 2G phone to a 4G phone due to the 2g being phased out. I lost 7,000 minutes that i had accumulated over the years. I was told that they only saw 2,600 minutes of the 9,700 minutes i had. They said free minutes will not carry over. I had triple minutes on the 2G phone and I guess their records only show the original minutes and not the ones that are added on for free with the triple minute plan. In the past with tracfone I have lost my phone number due to changing phones. Be prepared to lose minutes and maybe lose original phone number. Luckily this time i did not lose phone number. I like tracfone but due to these issues i have had in the past i am cautious when i have to change phones. Other than that i am happy with the phone.

Reliable cheap phone that works as stated. Nothing fancy. Not intended for heavy web browsing and not a smart phone. A basic, simple, flip phone best for older individuals

I like the size and the clear screen. The volume could be louder and it could have deeper ring tones, since I have hearing aids.

My 5yr old Lg Tracfone will no longer hold charge so it was time to replace, had to change phone # in order to transfer minutes. Now the software on my monitor in my 2017 toy Tacoma will not recognize this phone and allow it to work properly, but it did accept the 5yr old Lg flip phone, it too inconvenient to answer the phone while driving the old fashioned way & not safe

We had to replace my husband's older TracFone. He likes this one better because the buttons are larger and he can shut it to protect the screen and prevent accidental calls.

The phone works well. The sound is very clear and the phone is easy to use

Steardy phone. Numbers are big enough visually for older person. Easy to use.

I buy for my 80year old father .its simple and easy to use and phone have a big dailpad so he can see it easily he love it.

decent phone for the money. seems to work well. it was a bit confusion to transfer my number, but a call to tracphone took care of it.
