Purchased this for an elderly parent who was regularly putting his phones through the washing machine. Needed a cheap phone with large buttons - check. Needed a phone with a protective cover - check. My main complaint is that you can't get an onscreen reading of your remaining minutes! You have to send a text to get the information. Dumb. Other than that, it serves the purpose.

This is a great phone for the basic use. It’s also a nice backup that can be used for unforeseen circumstances.

It was affordable and easy to use. I did not have any problems setting it up for my aunt.

I had to get my grandpa a new phone and this was the simplest i could find. He and i would practice and practice so he could learn how to use it if/when needed. His cell phone was used maybe 5 to 10% of the time.

For 12 bones it way worth it, it's way easier to navigate than the older model. Plus it has Wi-Fi. Nice

Exactly what my husband wanted – a basic phone to make and receive phone calls from our kids and a few friends while away from home. He didn’t want other features like text, email, games, camera, and radio, but they are there if he wants later. Best part was the cost – Phone was $19.99. We also purchased a year $99.99 plan with 400 minutes and went to their Facebook page and got a customer xmas special of 800 free minutes. That’s only $10 for 100 min each month for a year! Calls are very clear and he loves the big key buttons!

I got one temporarily until I found something I really wanted. No bells and whistles but it texts okay, makes clear phone calls and takes pictures. It's good for someone possibly younger or older where it's needed for basic contact. Can't beat the price either.

Easy to use, quick, and a great value means this phone is outstanding. Essentially, in an emergency or for quick calls, a flip phone serves the purpose. I'm glad there are still some flip phones on the market, and works well with the the Tracfone Service, too.

This is a great little phone that's not so dumb! It has wifi and LTE capabilities. Not bad for a phone that was less than twenty bucks!

Well it works on page plus seamlessly and it is $10 and the battery as bad as it is, is still better than a smartphone. It is easy to accidentally cover the microphone when talking.

Not as easy to use as it could be. You have to do a web search to figure out how to switch keyboard modes so you can enter numbers without having to press keys four times when setting up your account. But, it's cheap, seems well enough built, and does the job.

My mother hated the smartphone that came with safelink. She missed her old flip phone but It wasn't supported anymore. This works great and is mostly easy to use.
