was exactly what I was looking for. Soon will be moving overseas, and this phone will do the job where Iam going. As a matter of fact, I am purchasing another one.

I bought this phone more than month ago. It worked fine around first week and then the issue occurred. It became extremely hot while charging and drain battery just only 1-2 h. I contacted with best buy to return and hope best buy will contact with Alcatel company about the issue.

Not a bad phone - it is a little big. Phone works but I was have some issues, I am not sure if it was the carrier or phone.

It works great! Better then what I thought and I would recommend it!

Didnt get all my calls. Text wouldnt go through. First call would tell me emergency calls only, always had call twice. Worse phone i ever had.

Battery is not working, touchpad is not working. I want to return or exchange.

Really good phone. A bit of a pain to update to Marshmallow 6.0.1. Have to do it from your computer instead of just the phone. Once the phone is updated, it works great. Just as fast as my Motorola Nexus 6 phone that it replaced due to cell disconnect issues.. The only thing I'll miss from the Motorola is the camera. Best phone cam I've ever seen. This phone uses Sony's sensor and in my opinion, ruined it. Lousy, noisy low light images.. Even HDR images suck compared to the Motorola.. Oh well, if you don't care about the quality of pics from a phone then this is a great phone. Display is nice and bright without being washed out. Runs video and everything smooth with very little if any lag. Battery life is about average for a smart phone. Cell signal's not as strong as the Motorola but if you're in an area with good coverage, you'll be fine. All in all, this is a very good phone, especially for the price. Only con for me is the camera..

Nice phone with a big screen, does about everything an overpriced contract phone would do.Actually this is Alcatels flagship phone, The only complaint i have is battery life, small battery for this particular size of phone and it cannot be replaced by the consumer. By the way it DOES have a micro usb slot, the other reviewer is wrong. Have a great day.

I got this for the, "Bring your own phone program" that Tracfone has and it is a great phone at the price point of $200, with options and design that rival flagship phones! Dual stereo front speakers, mobile hotspot, awesome HD cameras and more! The only complaint is that it doesn't have a micro SD slot, but i'll still give it 5 stars!

This phone would still be great even if it cost double. Fit/finish: great even though it's plastic. Thin. Fits into a standard checkbook cover/wallet (if you don't like regular phone cases). UI / Performance: - double tap to wake/sleep - double press power butron to launch camera even, if using a third party app - UI close to pure android, zippy/responsive Screen - great screen, even color temperature adjustment is included Battery life: about 6-7 hours screen on time. Seems slightly better than my galaxy s7. Loses less charge overnight tjan the S7. Camera: - built-in app is ok, but I recommend camera FV-5 (set contrast and sharpness to minimum to get results that, in good light, are on par with galaxy S7) - video is the only real weakness of this device: 1080p is upscaled from 720p :( Also, built-in microphones are not very sensitive, so audio is very quiet (and mono, not stereo). Call quality / signal strength is totally fine: I can hear them and they me. Skype calls are great too.

Decent unlocked phone. Makes international traveling easier. Not a premium phone, but for the price it works.

Big screen loud external speakers it's a little sluggish ithere is a reversible mode. I can double tap to turn the screen off and on. I can't change the font on this phone something I could do on my other phone. Comes with 16 GB storage and 3 GB ram Overall good phone

Buy the moto g4 for about the same $$$, much better phone and camera.
