This phone is at a great price point with plenty of features. Having dual sim card capability is a must for those of us who need 2 phone numbers (ex. 1 personal # & 1 business #), but do not want to carry 2 phones. Overall a good phone at a great price.

I'm very happy with this phone and it's hard to beat for the price I paid (~$50) during the Thanksgiving sales. I switched to this Alcatel Pop4 Plus with 5.5" screen and 1.5 GB RAM from an older Alcatel Onetouch Evolve with 4" screen and 512 MB RAM. I was constantly running out of memory on the old phone and could hardly install any apps. That's no longer the case with this new phone. It's also much easier for me to type with this new phone because the keyboard keys appear larger on the screen. The only issue I've encountered is that the phone comes pre-loaded with some unnecessary apps and also some type of launcher that if you're not careful to avoid will automatically install numerous additional "teenage girl" type of apps that I had to waste my time to remove one by one. I definitely didn't need a fingernail polish and doll type of games.

This phone has a nice screen with overall good size and weight. The dual sim option is of interest for business and personal lines but I am concerned about battery life with two active radios. Battery life is pushed with streaming and Bluetooth use.

Bought this at BB BF sale for $49.00+ tax to re-sell in South America where unlocked dual sim phones are in high demand. Nice phone with good features. No problems so far. It's not a flagship so if you lower your expectations, you'll be happy.

Phone is a good unlocked dual sim phone, not the fastest but it very usable. Does not have a lot of added bloatware like most locked phones. It has 2 micro sim slots for use with any GSM carrier. One can be set for data use only while another can be set as phone/sms only. Back camera is not as good but takes OK pictures, I switched to another camera app as the stock one does not have many options. Can disable most of the built in apps to gain some speed improvements. Has android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. Led indicator is white only, causing it to be a little bright at night when charging. Battery last more than a day with light usage and is built in, non-removable.

Purchased this for my son and have been very impressed with it. Really nice large screen decent camera, so happy with this phone. Did have a charging issue a year after purchase which was covered by 24 mo warranty sent it in and 6 days later had it back fixed at no charge to me.

This phone has amazing battery life, maybe due to the 5.5" display consuming very less power. It is a very good phone at its price point. It has 2 year warranty. Call quality is good. Not a workhorse for games but regular apps work good.

I got this for $50 during Black Friday sale and I was surprised by the quality of the phone when I received it. Large screen, good picture quality, nice camera and great overall look. Worth the money even for its full price

This phone has dual SIM card slots, a flash for both cameras (yes, even for the selfie camera!), a 2-year warranty at an incredible Black Friday price. I picked one up to use for travel and as a backup. A 5.5 inch screen makes it just the right size for my eyes. At this size it doesn't really matter that it has 720p resolution, how many people can tell the difference between this and 1080p? It is unlocked and should work on most carriers. It is lightweight too and quite thin. I added an extra 32 gig memory card as external storage, so it can hold much more than my main phone that has only 16 gigs.

This phone was so much cheap when I bought it. Look and feel is good and value for the money. It does what a smartphone is supposed to do and the screen is big. Only disadvantage is so often its restarts on its own.

got it when it's on sale, it takes 2 sim card and a memory card, so i can use oversea sim card for msg and domestic sim for internet and phone calls. great phone! just gets slow after a while.

I had this phone few days before black Friday for $49.99. It is the cheapest smartphone I have ever bought but have all the features that the expensive ones have. I decided to buy it for my middle school daughter but ended up owning one myself. The camera is good, good large screen but that fits well on your palm. The problems I have come across are that when talking to someone, the incoming voice is quite low and also it has a slow speed processor. However, I will recommend it to everyone especially for the price.

My cousin using in India. He is super excited about this. Dual sim is plus. Value for money and same technology as other high-end phones. Pleased with purchase.

Great price for such an entry-level dual sim smart phone! It functions well, meeting or exceeding expectations for a similar phone at this price range.

It's a good brand set and dual sim is an added feature. It has long battery life and enough storage capacity. My daughter is happy with this handy set.

This phone is ineligible for activation according to two tracfone reps that I called. Something is wrong with the IMEI number. I chatted with two reps from Best Buy and was given the runaround. They never resolved the problem and I can't even find a customer complaint number on the web site. Geek Squad also proved to be worthless.

I picked up this phone for black friday sale for $49.99 and I love it. The screen is huge and nice. Android marshmallow OS with all the new features, speaker phone is loud and memory is adequate. However the phone is really slick so best get a case immediately. But the very best thing about this phone is that it's UNLOCKED. So you could use it with any carrier.....just add sim card. Great buy.

I purchased this phone at Black Friday deal for 49.99. They didn't have the phone in stock but were able to place on-line order at the store. The phone arrived at my home the following Tuesday, fast free delivery. This unlocked phone has 2 sim slots which make it great for switching sims when traveling the globe. Have used in Asia sim with no problems...wish I could have brought more than one

The alcatel pop 4 plus is a great phone for media consumption, great big screen, great speaker, run pretty smooth but lag at times which is expected. But, when using the phone for data and calling, it kept restarting over and over again where to the point it not usable anymore, which made me return this device. In the end, it a great phone for consuming media's, but not for using data and calling.
