Nice phone easy to work and has a good quality camera

Horrible sound quality only good if your broke. Does lag. I should've saved for ZTE.

Everything went wrong with this phone. It would not keep a signal for more than 10 minutes at a time. Kept giving me messages saying it couldn't connect to Android. com.

I purchased this new cellphone online, but I got the used one. (I found many picture, which was taken by someone who the pre-owner). I did very disappoint.

With its multi core processor writing at over 1GHz I expected it to be much quicker. There was definite lag opening apps, changing screens and Going from web page to web Page. The led touchscreen may have been able to sense up to five fingers but getting it to sense just one , used to tap an icon or link button, could take as many as 10 times tapping the link. I would use light taps then more solid taps. Jobs send to be the magic radio. It always needed many taps before it would react. And fragile. Dropped from a height of 26" ( it was sitting on the seat of my Harley and slid off), rendered mine completely inoperable. So if you buy one, and I would advise against wing the $200, make sure you also get insurance of some sort.

Volume on the phone stinks, can barely hear it!!!!

Cons: It restarts continuously without any reason when it's in my pocket. There is no way Ii can stop this process. Bluetooth pairing fails most of the time.. Poor quality camera Pros: When it works, it works fine. You will be able to call and do stuffs with this smartphone.

SD card reading and reception is the only problem.

Although the phone accepted the ATT SIM card and found the network, there were problems with using apps. Specifically, when trying to work with File Manager and Messaging, the onscreen instructions kept looping by having the user toggle permissions on and off. Was never able to get the functions to work. Returned to Best Buy as defective, purchased a Motorola instead, which worked perfectly.

Save your money for a better phone and save the restocking fee as well. I have to return it tomorrow, however I bought it yesterday. I have to pay the unnecessary sneaky restocking fees which was never mentioned by the sales person. It got restarted 6 times in one evening. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.
