    Purchased this disc repair system because some of our dvds needed to be cleaned and some needed to be repaired. Watched the videos to learn how to use it. I suggest this method over the instruction book. Cleaned and repaired lightly scratched dvds. Am still working on one with deeper scratches. Would give it 5 stars if I am successful.

    Used the dvd/disc repair like the instructions showed. The machine worked wonders on several discs They played like new.

    Contacted Aleratec, they sent me 3 units - two were rejected units. Customer service was wonderful but unit is horrible

    cleans disk thoroughly,and is easy to use,i keep it on my desk by my PC & it doesn't t take up much room at all

    I'd be very wary of buying this product. It scratches your discs. I recommend going with something else.
