Alienware is supposed to be the go to company for gaming pcs. In many ways this laptop lives up to that standard, however its weakpoint is the screen attached to this laptop. The powerhouse is amazing and does its job fairly well. However let me specify the problems with the screen that a First Person Shooter like me looks at. 1) The screen is capped at 60 Frames Per Second. Being able to see a missile flying my way half a second quicker can be all the difference bewteen winning the game or not. I would reccomend a 120-144 fps screen on future laptops. Thats about middle of the line for todays gamers. 60fps was good up until about 2015. Its 2017 lets get the updates rolling! 2) There were visibe color holes where the screens colors were not calibrated to work together therefore spots were visible as sort of damaged area. 3) If the laptop isnt plugged in it would revert to 30 fps and blink alot interrupting the quality of play. 4) If plugged into power the screen would still blink occasionally. Aside from those complaints the laptop is powerful and I would reccomend it for casual gamers. For someone like me that wants to play with all the power and powerhouse of modern texh this laptop doesnt do it for me. For the price I'd rather just build my own desktop and buy a seperate monitor or buy a premade and grt a seperate monitor. I would reccomend this only to a friend that doesnt care about frames per second. Hopefully they will fix this issue before other gaming computer manufacturers get wind of the times and become a true legend in the gaming community.

I really liked this laptop for gaming because it is super fast, on the other hand it is quite bulky and heavy compared to a normal laptop or to a mac.
