Perfection! This is a beast of a tower. Runs any game you could ever play. Looks amazing! Sounds great! Only one HDMI port in the back so if you want to run 2 monitors you will need HDMI to USB adapter. But other then that no problems at all. Fully customizable lighting as well.

Nice powerful gaming pc that does not look like all the rest. Led lights are programmable. It is smaller than most among PCs and has a modified video card made to fit. Probably not for anyone planning on upgrading more than just the memory and storage space.

My husband purchased this for himself and he loves it. He did add more memory (32GB of Corsair total) and a WD Blue 1TB SSD drive, Alienware branded Keyboard/Mouse, and a Kensington Trackball to this base unit. He updates it regularly and I noticed that he has to restore it to its original specs to do any BIOS upgrades. Afterwards he puts the Corsair memory back in and reattaches the WD SSD. When asked he stated that he contacted Alienware tech support and was told that they do this on purpose to control after market upgrades - they prefer only certain ones get purchased and used. They will also threaten that you may invalidate your factory warranty if you do not purchase "approved" upgrades. The BIOS upgrade will error out with many after market upgrades as a result. This is a horrible practice. It is because of this that I have removed a star. People should be able to add after market items from established companies (such as Corsair) without worrying about whether Alienware "likes" it. They shouldn't punish people who do so, and their tech support seems rather heavy handed in its insistence that only certain components be used.

Easy to setup. Super fast. Love Alienware but hate Dell.

1st gaming P.C. and have loved every second of it. Just purchased an extra SSD due to not wanting to put saves on the hard drive. Was going to build my own but now just going to keep this and build in the future.

This PC is fast. I've had it freeze on me twice but no problems since. The fans are very loud, sometimes it sounds like a jet turbine spooling up lol! Other than that, its a pretty good PC and can run almost any game on max settings and still pull good frames.

A great machine that is easily upgradeable. I upgraded to 64GB RAM and replaced the hard drive with a second SSD. So far no glitches and has suits my needs as a work machine with light gaming. More power than I need, but I appreciate the upgradeability.

This computer is everything I needed it to be. Granted there are always advances in technology I could not be happier with how well all of my programs run on this machine. Definitely a great purchase

Good value for the money; the same computer on Dell’s site for similar components was a few hundred more - I’ve had Alienware computers for the past 10 years. This is by far the best value. I upgraded the memory to 32gB from BB stock... Bravo Zulu!

Runs excellent, it is not a super computer but it will run most games with no bugs or problems, a few upgrades and it can be an awesome gaming computer more than it already is, great for a prebuilt and awesome for a beginner

Picked this up after a full day of trying to get a 3070TI with no luck. Because it had a previous gen CPU/GPU I was able to get a floor model for a reduced (and beyond reasonable) price. Sure beats my 1060 3GB.

Very happy with this machine.. Gaming no problems GTA online DOOOM Steam VR games for Oculus piece of cake.. Spread sheets internet everything i have thrown at it these machine has handled effortlessly .

With the gpu market in shambles, finding a reasonably-priced pc with good specs seemed impossible until I managed to snag this baddie. I am very impressed with it and have not had any issues. Would recommend

This was ordered as a Christmas gift. It’s a described. Looks super cool. As described. Delivered sooner than the estimate that was given. Computer is used for gaming and there have been absolutely no complaints.

it is very fast to play games, it has a unique and striking style. it was the best choice. has excellent performance.

A truly powerful machine. This PC can play triple A titles with ease. I haven’t had to use the over clock options and performance settings yet. Can be loud; however it will never overpower a good headset
