It has been nothing but a hassle from the beginning. My son downloaded one game and his memory was almost full.. after hours on the phone with dell trouble shooting they decided to send someone out. They also wanted me to call back bc we had been on the phone to long bc my other sons computer was doing the same thing. I wanted them to send only 1 guy out for both computers. But they told be it would have to be 2 separate times and people. The guy that was going to come out told me between 3-5 ... so at 6 I texted him and he said he was running late so maybe 7-8 or he could come in the morning. He said we would be the first one on the list so it would be between 10-12... I said that’s fine.. he text me the next day at 11:30 and said looks like it would be more like 12-2...(not sure why when we were first on the list) The problem still isn’t resolved and they haven’t even emailed me a time for my other sons computer yet. The computer system itself is cool and looks good..if we could just get it to work properly that would be great.
