I purchased this headset after my Sennheiser headset mic went out. The quality is really good, but the headband at the top starts to hurt your head after a period of time of wearing. Since I am working from home for my job, it's not the most comfortable for an 8-hour shift. I know not all gaming headsets are made for WFH, but usually, they are super comfy to use and well built for the constant use which is what I go for. Maybe the headband just needs a break-in period to become more comfortable on the head.

These headphones feel nice and designed to fit the person's ears, sealing the majority of outside sounds. as soon as I opened the box and grabbed the headphones. I immediately noticed how comfortable the headband was way better than other brands.

Reviewed this on another post since I bought two. This is a quality headset with pretty good sound. The sound quality is good also. These were paired with two X17 Alienware Laptops and I would recommend them.

Good options for plugging into laptop console or controller but honestly better options available for the price. Will probably return.

At first glance when I took these out of the box I was afraid they would be heavy and perhaps a bit tight around my head and ears--that's normally the sensation and experience I get when I use these big, bulky, over the ear headphones. But surprisingly these are light and comfortable. I can wear them for extended periods of time without my head feeling like it weighs a ton. The padding on the underside of the headband part is nice and soft, as are the pads that surround the ears. The cups fit around my ears very comfortably. I like that the microphone can be tucked in out of the way if I don't need to use it. It also comes with different connectors depending on how you want to connect it, such as by USB or the typical headphone jack. As for the sound quality, it's quite good. In fact, it's even better than some higher-end headphones I've used that cost 2-3 times as much as these.

I bought these for my son who plays COD, APEX, Fortnite, you name it! He loves them. I sometimes play Borderlands 3, so I tried them when I played. And, OMG!!! They sound awesome! I definitely recommend them!

Beautifully designed. Fits nicely for my husband and kid. Good quality material. We haven’t used it yet as it’s a Xmas gift and kid doesn’t know about it. Sound quality is good in Best Buy store

Excellent product and was extremely happy with the speed of the delivery as it was for my grandson’s birthday. Needless to say, the headset was a hit. He was thrilled as was I for receiving it on time!

Not exactly sure why so many great reviews on this product. I recently got a M17 R4 and wanted to stick with Alienware (everything) so i got these headphones. The "bass" is subpar and distorted when i turned the system up. The comfort is nice but if the sound is bad then who cares about comfort. I'm sure there are much better options out there, i gave these to my son so he can use with his iPad. Not impressed with this product at all.

Great AW headset to go with my AW battle station. No issues if you wear glasses as I do. Long USB cable.
