The sound is decent and looking the RGB. I always wanted to have a Alienware headset and this one does not disappoint. The downside you gotta do use the audio program to actually fix the default. I'd say if you like the metal feel and a good surround. Get this headset, but try and get it on sale.

Not as loud as i wanted them to be but along with the noise cancelation sound is good. Controls are a little clunky and take some getting used to. I like that the microphone comes off and breaks down into smaller unit. Paid $120 for them.

Overall great headset. Only con are the volume controls. You have to swipe up and down on the ear cup. Touch controls are mot the best. But great headset overall.

Tri mode is awesome. Works on multiple devices, anc works as stated, went for a walk around noisy street , can barely hear the traffic, the usb adapter glows amd the microphone glows red. Touch controls are easy, dolby atmos works great for games and movies. Hi res audio works given the hi res source music. Battery life works for the hours thats stated. Is it going to blow away higher end setups No. for what the feautures it gives you out of the box is great.

Sounds great and it’s wireless. The only problem so far is that the ear cushions hurt my ears after wearing them for long periods of time.

Overall a nice headset for pc, the controls are swipe motion and doesn’t seem to work well with ps5, but with phone Bluetooth and pc with dongle works great! Comfy

These starting breaking after 2 days off use. (Material started separating from headband and ear phones started loosening/falling off) They were still usable just not great quality for what you pay. Sound quality was good though!!! Overall definitely overpriced for what you get!

Well-built and decent sound quality, but compared to the Kraken V3, this just doesn't compare. Alienware REALLY needs to step up their products to match their desktops' performance.

I tried hyperx, razer and steelseries headsets. It all came down to which was most comfortable. I ended up returning the Nari Ultimate, Blackshark V2 pro and Arctis Nova pro 7. They were all great but not comfortable. The Alienware ah-920 are amazing. They are the most comfortable and they can connect Bluetooth 2.4 GH and wired through auxiliary. I hope they last forever because I love them.

Solid choice replaced my old headphones and got these instead. Really like them. They drown out background sound so as long as you have these on your head you won't hear anything around you, only thing you'll hear is whatever your playing music wise, game wise or work meeting wise. Mics also solid for Zoom/Microsoft Team Meetings as I use this set for Gaming/Game Design/Work.

So I’ve been using this headset for only a few days, but so far I am impressed. I’m picky when it comes to over-the-ear headphones, but I am a big fan of Alienware so I decided to give them a go. The memory foam earpads are very comfy for extended use, and my ears dont get too hot either. They aren’t that bulky and I forget they are even there after a while. I really like that they support losslees music and hi-res (DAC required). They work well with discord and audio is clear on both ends. The 2.4ghz is the way to go; from previous research on mouses that use that same tech (aw720M), its very close in terms of performance compared to wired. Touch sensitivity is a little confusing at first but a nice feature. Only downside is that this headset will not work with the PS5 via bluetooth (even via the dongle I personally could not get audio). For $200, I think its a fair price for what you get: comfort, good battery life, RGB lightning, fast 2.4ghz connection, bluetooth for phone, clean hi-res supported audio all for $200.
