It's a great laptop, with one flaw! A gaming laptop with soldered RAM! That's the only thing made me return it. I just couldn't deal with it not being upgradable. Powerful machine otherwise. The RAM soldered is a minor thing to some, but to me I just couldn't look past it. Loved the keyboard. Per key RGB is very nice!

Great Gaming laptop, Beautiful as well, I would recommend this to people that are looking for something super powerful and good-looking. It's EZ to set up and after you update everything it works great. Best computer I have ever had.

This is a beefy laptop and can run the newest games on high settings. The screen is also amazing and it has various light settings for specific keys as well. The main downside is that is runs very hot and only has a 512GB SSD.

This computer runs so well, but I've encountered several issues that don't have any rhyme or reason, in fact all issues I'm about to mention happened once, and fixed itself instantly after I rebooted it, so not an issue at all, just pretty funny; There are 4 dead pixles on the moniter, and only 4. The keyboard didn't work. The screen had a strange 3d blue and red aspect to it. Nothing here is to say it's bad, in fact, if you have the money I would reccomend you buy one. I just wanted to mention you might encounter some oddities with it's behavior. If you encounter an issue with it, I heavily encourage you to reboot before anything else. It seems to work.

I am a devoted alienware pc owner and have had many deaktops and laptops. This one is top of the line and would have rated it 5 stars but it needed hardware updates for heat fans that caused concern straight out of box. Tech support with Alienware solved issues pretty quickly.

AMAZING COMPUTER!!! The graphics are crisp and clear, the sound resonates, it's fast and responds quickly. So very happy with my purchase!

This is the best gaming laptop I have ever owned. I am an alienware junkie and this doesn't disappoint! This computer is THIN and sleek. The general look and feel is ultra premium. It doesn't scream gaming unless you want it to by turning on the RGB. The alienware control center is lack luster, but WHO CARES. The GPU and processor are excellent. Easily upgrade to a second SSD for more storage (just take off the back and put one in for $89 or so). This model DOES NOT have the backlight touch pad but its not a big deal. If you can find it, it is the gaming laptop to get, period.

Fantastic laptop that has yet to have a major problem except the trackpad! As its used as a desktop replacement 99 percent of the time the horrible trackpad is easily ignored.

I was able to get this at a heavily discounted and rare price match. It is a good value at that price. I would not pay the regular price for this however. It is very thin, fast, and portable laptop. I use it for graphics, video editing and occasional gaming and it performs well.

Absolutely wildly amazing piece of hardware. It flys through any game you throw at it and it's a super sleek machine.

This Laptop is top of the line. It’s absolutely amazing. There are however a few trade offs with getting such a sleek, compact gaming machine… the cooling system is less than impressive and there is no regular SD card slot. Also only one USB port which can at times be a pain when I’m already using the usb-c for the wired internet adapter. The lack of ports and cooling tech are definitely not that big of a deal though. I’m super happy with this laptop. And it looks AMAZING.

Good basic level gaming machine. The USB ports are limited, so if you need more than a couple you'll want to have a USB hub. But performance wise it's been a winner so far.

This thing is perfect. Better than any other pc ive ever owned. Very powerful and the discount they have on these are worth it!

It has ran any game I have tried so far. Only complaint would be the amount of ports. However I use a usb-c dock to expand them.
