Right from the opening logo, ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL drops you neck-deep into a vast, meticulously detailed world, and it isn't long before you'll be happily knocked around in the wake of its bombast, while Rosa Salazar's earnest performance breathes vibrant life into some seriously impressive motion-capture and CG effects.

Going into this movie I didn't expect much, but by the end I was a fan. The size of her eyes are a bit strange, but much better than the original concept. CGI is really well done, and everything looks great in 4K on an OLED display. Would recommend to anyone who is a fan of SciFi and Post Apocalyptic genres.

Great sci-fi film. I don’t think it made a huge splash when it premiered, but I think it is excellent. Great action and spectacular special effects. Highly recommended.

I wish I had seen this in the theaters when it was out. The visuals are amazing and it’s a great adaptation of the source material. While its not perfect, it does show that anime can be done well in live action. The uncanny valley lurks its head through the main characters eyes but you get used to it quickly.

Very entertaining. I still have a 3D TV, so I was able to see it in 3D. One of the better 3D movies I have seen. High recommend this movie

This movie was just amazing. A bit of something for everyone. A love story, action, sports, drama. Plus a bit of many story's and each time you notice new pieces of each. We have watched it at least 5 times, and know we will be watching it again. Love it, love it, love it. Plus he leaves you wanting to learn more.

In all the clamor about females being represented in hero based films, people are getting too focused on the big franchises. You want a female hero done right? Forget Star Wars, Marvel and DC with their SJW and pseudo political subtext and agendas. Here's the epic, stand on her own, hero you've been waiting for.

Alita: Battle Angel is a 2019 American cyberpunk action film based on the 1990s Japanese manga series Battle Angel Alita by Yukito Kishiro. It was directed by Robert Rodriguez (Desperado), co-produced by James Cameron (Avatar).. This movie was totally awesome..I hope to see more of this series brought to film!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this film. I thought that it was amazing. The movie has everything. Action, good plot, and the technical aspects of the film are great as well.

Robert Rodriguez does another fantastic job of directing a entertaining movie . Yes it has violence on the Sci-fi side, but it is not as bad as the Sin City movies. This is a good movie to have friends over with there teen age children to watch and enjoy. It will keep your attention from beginning to the end.

I was only mildly hopeful this movie would be good, but it turned out great with engaging characters and stunning and meaningful action. That’s a tough combination for the movie industry these days. I highly recommend it. Also, the steelbook is awesome. One of the coolest designs for a steebook I’ve seen yet.

Incredible script, special effects, animation and acting. A word of caution, although this is a PG-13 movie, I think it is not suitable for young viewers: the graphic violence and scenes sometimes are hard to take and more for an 'R' movie. Nonetheless, it is very well done with an incredible cast of actors.

Do humans have the capability to advance robotics into a human-like realm advancing only the good and moral traits? We will eventually get to the point of human qualities so can we guarantee that only good can come from it? This movie tries to answer that question and shows what both extremes can be.

This was a very enjoyable movie. The actor that plays Alita is very endearing, the CG is very well done and doesn’t ruin your immersion into the movie, and overall they stay faithful to the source material of the manga and OVA. I hope this gets a sequel we deserve to see through these characters story

Action filled adventure for all ages. The main character adapts to overcome all adversaries. A metaphor for real life and the obstacles we can overcome.

Amazing film with action, storyline, graphics, visual effects and well developed characters that will draw the viewer in. Film is a superb blend of CGI and real life characters. Alita as a female action hero, can rival any out there. Cameron/Rodriguez and the great cast and crew created a masterpiece!

This is a very different sci-fi movie. I only seen the previews of this movie. Until I bought the steel book of this movie. I was very surprised how it turned out but the graphics and everything about it is pretty darn good it has a good plot in the end it was superb. But it differently different.

I didn’t see this in theaters but after checking it out this movie was amazing keeping me wanting to find out what happens next. The steel book art work was the main reason I bought this and it does not disappoint. The best part is being able to have 3D since it is dying. Overall this is a great buy

After owning the rights to the Japanese comic for years James Cameron brings to the big screen the story of Aliya! Under the directorial eye of Robert Rodriguez the bionic world of the discarded warrior is realized in breathtaking colors. The world of Alita is a sight to behold as action and excitement hovers overhead! If you know the manga this comes from you won’t be disappointed, and f all of this is a new discovery you are in for a terrific time! Battle Angel Alita is a movie that is not to be missed!
