They are ok if you go with the phone they offer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After buying a unlocked phone which the company says you can do I had to switch carriers because the phone I bought was not compatible with their systems but I don't feel it was a sim card issue it was consumer cellular issue because of the way the advertised you can use a unlocked phone.
