got these speakers on sale and they were definitely worth every penny!

Im very dissatisfied with these speakers I bought! They are the suppose to be very good in the treble and bass spectrum and when I turn on my car system the treble crackles and the bass is barely even noticeable on max other then a annoying vibration that sounds like the speakers blown. But I had the tested at they are just fine. My stock 20 dollar speakers are better then these 80 dollar speakers

Very crisp sound highs and lows very good separation

These are nice quality, sound great. Not a lot of bass but that's expected for a 6.5 inch. Really nice highs. They don't come with wires though so it makes it a little more difficult to hook up. Overall I'm very pleased. Installed myself.

Unexpected High Fidelity in these speakers! A real best buy! I am recomending these speakers for their sound reproduction such as Bob Dylan's use of nylon strings "Good As It Gets" and for how solidly they are constructed carbon fiber type speaker basket.

Bought these for my Jeep to test out the quality of sound when we ride with the top off in open air. Great sound! Music sounds clear and the base is good too.

Components in front carry most of the sound and coupled with inexpensive rear speakers the sound is good. I would use more sound deadening material than I did on this upgrade, it makes a big difference.

Had these installed in my old Toyota Sequoia and loved how well the sound filled the vehicle. Given the large size of the SUV that was a task. A massive upgrade from the stock speakers.

When the Best Buy store I visited didn't have what I wanted in stock, I decided to take a chance on these Alpine speakers. They were a few dollars more, but I'm glad I made this purchase. Easy to install and they sound really good. Crisp highs, mid-range and decent lows. I do not have an amp (just a stock stereo) to really drive these, but I'm sure if you did it would improve the sound quality. Overall I would rate these a 4.5 and would recommend them to anyone who would like to upgrade their stock or modified system.

They are great speakers they fit perfectly in the my truck doors

I replaced some JBL club 6.5s with these alpine because the jbls bottomed out at higher volumes running off a 100 watt amp. (25 watts per channel) These are rated for more than I can push them to and still distort/flatline at high volume. On top of that, they do not fit a standard 6.5 opening. They're more like 6.75. I had to make adapters to fit them in the doors. They might be better off on a factory system with lower power, maybe not... I bought them with my best buy rewards, so, I'm not out much either way I guess. Use your own judgement.

Great purchase! Even better with total tech. It paid for the install!

Installer #1 was wonderful (young black man). Installer #2 was a complete disaster (young white man). Waited for 7 hours before installation complete, then door panel came off when I went to a restaurant to pick up food; had to roll the window down (while it was snowing) to hold door close because I couldn't close it with the panel hanging down. Luckily, installer #1 was still there and fixed the problem

Product itself works as described. Install Process was a bit frustrating

The bass response is no well at all . You have to keep the radio at low volumes to get a halfway decent bass sound. If you raise the volume past 12 horrible.

Needed something in the rear of a single cab pickup truck put them behind the seat they worked out great
