Make sure you use accessories when installing to reduce and isolate cancelling wave forms. Such as foam rings and dyna mat. These things make a large impact in how well the speaker will reproduce sound. Another suggestion is to use a amplifier other than the radio. Most after market radios will do just fine, but unless you already had a "premium" audio system in your vehicle then it may be a little under powered to get great sound from them. (Almost 40 less on another popular website)

factory replacement 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid

No amp installed, or any other aftermarket parts, but sound quality is good, and replacement was straight forward with the mounting brackets sold separately (the brackets required modification). to make it even easier get the adapter harness, no necessary, but makes it truly plug and play. Speakers looked much more durable and sound so much more crisp with deeper base than stock.
