Great speakers. Very clear and do well, no issues whatoever.

Love these speakers they kick out some good bass which was much needed from my rear speakers. These replaced the Polks I had and are clearly much better. Saw the positive reviews so went with these and could not be any happier.

I bought this these to replace the base speakers on my 2011 Toyota Camry (without JBL), and I have an aftermarket head unit (Atoto s8). Before one of the speakers went out, they had adequate power and sounded amazing even at high volumes and at bigger points in songs. After installing these new speakers, they sound amazing when not a lot is going on in the songs (vocals, a few instruments, piano, small bass), however, once the song reaches a peak, vocals start to sound drowned out, and some static can start to form, meaning it doesnt have enough power from the head unit. It still sounds amazing at these points at lower volumes but struggles at higher volumes without an amp. With that being said, if your head unit or current amp can handle these, then im sure they would sound great, but if you dont have an amp, it might be a worth the money to install one to get the most out of these.

Put these in my Honda civic and let me tell you way better than factory, the clarity and mid bass on point!!!!

These are quality speakers that accurately produce a good range of frequencies. They are not window shattering but they are not designed to be that way. They will handle 85w RMS each when connected to an amp. With an amp, I these speakers produce the sound (volume and frequencies) I was looking for. They’re also relatively inexpensive for a quality brand like Alpine.

I bought these speakers as rear-fill in my 2018 Nissan Maxima. At the same time I bought the same speakers in the R-Series for the front doors. Though the R's are supposed to be much better speakers, I tend to like the sound of these speakers better. The R's are indeed very detailed but they also seem to be a bit bright. Certain music when listened to a loud volumes can get fatiguing. I don't feel that way about the S series. They sound great, put out a decent amount of bass and are not outrageously priced. Pair these with a decent amp and you won't be disappointed.

These were a great upgrade for my rear speakers in a Chevy Express van. I am running a 4 channel amp at 55 watts RMS per channel. I am running my amp high low pass filter flat and using the head unit to dial in the best sound. I am also also running a pair of component speakers up front and a pair of 10 inch subs. The alpine 6x9's are a great addition to my system.

Great speakers they throw out a lot of bass but my were defective so I had to return them and they were out of stock so I got Kicker 6x9 speakers and they sound great too.

Bought these because I am an Alpine fan and have a head unit to go with it. WOW! Blown away by the sound itself, even better bass than my sub, which means I need to upgrade that too now. Worth every cent for me.

They are better than my factory speakers and has an extra base

Installed into a 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8 that had the premium audio package. These sound so much clearer, crisper, and more bass than the Boston Acoustics speakers that came in the car. Install was a breeze.

I had Best Buy install 4 of these in my boat. The sound exceeded my expectations. The put out some pretty decent bass without having a sub to assist. I am very happy with these speakers.

Great sound. All my door speakers are powered by an amp and they not only do they handle the power fine, I can actually hear them clearly over my subs.

Sounds great and price is reasonable. Only problem is I sold my car and should have took the speakers out before I sold it!!
