I got this frame to display portrait photos. It’s a little difficult to use at first because the pictures take awhile to sync to the frame.

Very nice frame! I gave two of these as gifts and for some reason they seemed a little bit complicated setting up. All turned out fine but I would definitely recommend reading your directions and any tutorials to get the most of all of the wonderful features!

Wonderful product! I would have liked it cordless though. And, for me it was tedious to figure out how to download pictures, but of course, that's just user error. I will recommend this product to friends and family! I just LOVE it!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Digital frame won't connect to WIFI. NO tech support. I called Aluratek tech support and left a message for a call back. They sent me a GROUP text message with 19 other people. My phone is blowing up with responses to that text. So in addition to non existent customer service for a product that won't work, I am dealing with all those worthless texts.

This frame will not play the photos unless you want to keep playing and viewing from your iPhone , the app must be installed on your phone then download from the phone and send to the frame it’s dysfunctional

I bought 2 at 39.99 these are stylish and look good displaying pictures does require some setup but fairly easy to use. You can add storage but mines holding 200 pics and I’ve not added any.

I bought these for myself and my 3 friends from my hometown who I don't see on a regular basis anymore, and overall, I've been very happy! This is a solid digital frame for the price point. The only thing is there's mild issues with getting the permissions through to link everyone's frames through the app, but we got past that by resending invites. Also, the software lacks the ability to recognize and prioritize faces, so if you have the pictures set to fill frame, sometimes you'll get only a torso in frame.

We bought 7 of these Aluratek Digital Photo Frames for Christmas presents for all of our family. Seems like everyone is so busy these days and figured this was a great way for everyone to share pictures and stay sorta connected. Everyone loved them. So far 5 have connected and it was an easy process. Love looking at the frame and seeing new pictures. Instructions were easy to follow. Like that you send your pictures via your phone through the Aluratek app. It's like almost instant you can send pictures to one or everyone. No regrets here.

I got this digital frame for my mom for Christmas this past year, and it works great. She loves it. I ended up buying a microSD card to put the pictures on and put that into the picture frame. I know it has an app and internal storage, but I didn't want to go through all of that, I prefer not to create an account with Aluratek and use the app. It's just easier to use a microSD card and use the frame straight out of the box with no additional steps. You can create the account and use the Aluratek app, that way you can upload photos straight from your phone, which is really cool. But me personally, as well as my mom, don't like downloading more apps and creating accounts, so using the microSD card is just easier. But overall the frame works great. It's an easy setup, you set up the Wifi on the frame and then when it asks you to download the app to create an account, you just click "ok next" and then the frame is ready. Technically you don't have to download the app or create an account. After you click "ok", it takes you to the main screen and the frame is ready to use. Setting up the options for the pictures is easy, I set it up to randomly display the pictures every 10 seconds. She loves the frame. I'll probably buy one for myself too, it's great for showing all your photos. I would recommend this for anyone, especially your parents who have lots of photos, like my mom.

The Aluratek Smart Frame turned out to be a really great purchase and a perfect gift. It’s easy to use, works smoothly, and looks nice in any room. Uploading photos is simple, and the image quality is very good. What I like most is how it lets you come back to special memories just by watching the uploaded photos appear on the frame. Bought this for my mom for a Christmas present! It was delivered quickly and packaged well. The frame comes with the stand, adapter plug, and another cord and instruction manual. The app was easy to find and it was easy to set up an account to get the frame connected. It allows a batch upload up to 50 photos which I think is great. You can add title/descriptions to the photos and then on frame can favorite and album up or delete pictures directly. The resolution seems to be good quality - given the picture is good quality too. It has controls for easy navigation and the touch screen works well. One meh is the picture size/ratio where some pics need edit to not have black around but it is what it is. It is very easy to upload photos and manage frame and multiple people can connect to share. I think it will be really great for my mom and am excited for her to use it! My ideal included: app without subscription (met), batch upload (met), good storage built in plus sd ability (met), slideshow and still (met), and ability to make albums (met). It has a date/time clock, ability to upload music, and an alarm feature - in addition to other settings and features to be discovered.

Bought this as a gift for someone for Christmas. Great for the price. Pictures are clear. Setup took longer than expected because instructions for installing app and getting it synced to the frame weren’t very clear. But other than that, happy with the purchase.

The frame works very well. Much better than expected. Getting media onto the device is easy and you have several options to do that. Very surprising is the motion function. It works very well even from 5ft.
