very easy to setup once, and use repeatedly. JPG pictures and MP4 movies can be moved from various devices to the frame using various techniques. the easiest technique is to install the aluratek app on your cell phone, open that app on your cell phone, tell the app to display picture/videos from your cell phones gallary, select one or more pictures, click to send the pictures to the photo frame. the pictures are then in the memory inside the frame and can be seen in the slideshow available in the frame. for help, call an 800 number that answers quickly and understands the frame thoroughly, and helps patiently.

Very easy to set up and use with the app. I’m able to send photos to my mom’s frame even though she lives a couple towns away. The auto on/off feature is nice. The display is crisp, clear, and capable of going very bright.

It allows for many pictures and is easy to upload them as well. The picture quality is great as well.

Bought this frame for my in laws. It is wonderful! Was pretty easy to set up and both my family and my sister in law can send photos directly to the frame. My in laws love it! I have sent photos from Europe and Hawaii while on vacation.

Beautiful picture and frame! It’s so easy to load and change the pictures from the app. I’m no computer savvy type person, if I can do it anyone can. Great gift!

The Aluratek digital photo frame works great upon setup. The mobile app certainly simplifies the adding of photos. The directions for frame and app are a bit funky for setup and customization, once completed works great.

Its really easy to use .I like that my husband and me can upload pictures from our cellphones… the pictures looks super good, high quality definitely.. Love it!!

Love this frame. Easy to use and pictures look great. Had to call customer service to ask a question and they helped. No complaints. We brought one for my daughter and future husband and one for the in laws.

I am not tech savvy..I just wanted a photo frame where I could insert a flash drive, plug it in and let it play! This is perfect!! My family like it alot because they can send me photos! I told them I might get another!

Pretty easy to set up as a gift for a family member. Very straight forward even for people who may not be as tech savvy. Picture quality is also good.

I helped my parents pick this out to display family photos in the kitchen and on their desks. It's the perfect size; we looked at a model that was closer to 18" but that would have been way too big for our purposes. The interface is pretty simple, and thankfully you do not have to use Wi-Fi or engage with the product's app to get pictures onto it. They certainly want you to think that's the only way, but you can still plug a USB cord into the frame and move pictures onto it directly from your computer---much simpler in our case.

I bought this digital picture frame for my mom’s birthday and she loves it. Pictures are clear and bright. Frame was pretty easy to set up.

Beautiful frame, Has two standing settings. One thing we noticed that some pictures won’t show depending on how you have it standing.

This is a nice frame, no doubt about it. It's my first digital frame. If I was to buy another, it would be rechargeable or battery operated, as it's difficult to sit with my Dad at a nursing home next to a power outlet! My second, and most concerning, issue is the way it "reads" photo names. There is an option to read by name or date. Date isn't an option, as the photos were not saved in sequence. So, I named all the photos. A1 -A410. It puts A2 and A20 with A200, rather than A1, A2, A3, A4. Very frustrating! I'm going to "rename" my thousand photos using the dictionary, starting with what? Aardvark, aargh, etc. I like the USB drive option. Makes it easy. Trying to get it display photos sequentially is frustrating! And, to me it is important, because Dad has dementia, so I'm trying to help him re-live/re-call his life's adventures.

The frame is great once you get it set up, but it was kind of frustrating to actually get it loaded with photos. This was a gift for my dad, so I wanted to preload the photos. The touch screen needs to be a little more sensitive, which caused some frustration. My dad, who is also a granddad, loved the gift. He has the frame on his desk at work so he can look at family photos and brag to his coworkers about his granddaughter. Overall, a great gift despite some issues getting it set up.

Like the convenience of it and some of the options available. Still have to explore whether there is a way to create folders on a memory card and then be able to choose which folder to display when the SD card is inserted. One complaint is that it seems to automatically copy all photos from a SD card to the internal storage and then want to play them all. Wish it could automatically accept .mov files from an iPhone without having to convert them on computer to an .mp4 file first. Due to above, I would give it a qualified recommendation regarding buying it.
