I got this digital frame for my mom for Christmas this past year, and it works great. She loves it. I ended up buying a microSD card to put the pictures on and put that into the picture frame. I know it has an app and internal storage, but I didn't want to go through all of that, I prefer not to create an account with Aluratek and use the app. It's just easier to use a microSD card and use the frame straight out of the box with no additional steps. You can create the account and use the Aluratek app, that way you can upload photos straight from your phone, which is really cool. But me personally, as well as my mom, don't like downloading more apps and creating accounts, so using the microSD card is just easier. But overall the frame works great. It's an easy setup, you set up the Wifi on the frame and then when it asks you to download the app to create an account, you just click "ok next" and then the frame is ready. Technically you don't have to download the app or create an account. After you click "ok", it takes you to the main screen and the frame is ready to use. Setting up the options for the pictures is easy, I set it up to randomly display the pictures every 10 seconds. She loves the frame. I'll probably buy one for myself too, it's great for showing all your photos. I would recommend this for anyone, especially your parents who have lots of photos, like my mom.

Bought this for my mom for a Christmas present! It was delivered quickly and packaged well. The frame comes with the stand, adapter plug, and another cord and instruction manual. The app was easy to find and it was easy to set up an account to get the frame connected. It allows a batch upload up to 50 photos which I think is great. You can add title/descriptions to the photos and then on frame can favorite and album up or delete pictures directly. The resolution seems to be good quality - given the picture is good quality too. It has controls for easy navigation and the touch screen works well. One meh is the picture size/ratio where some pics need edit to not have black around but it is what it is. It is very easy to upload photos and manage frame and multiple people can connect to share. I think it will be really great for my mom and am excited for her to use it! My ideal included: app without subscription (met), batch upload (met), good storage built in plus sd ability (met), slideshow and still (met), and ability to make albums (met). It has a date/time clock, ability to upload music, and an alarm feature - in addition to other settings and features to be discovered.

Bought this as a gift for someone for Christmas. Great for the price. Pictures are clear. Setup took longer than expected because instructions for installing app and getting it synced to the frame weren’t very clear. But other than that, happy with the purchase.

We are very satisfied with the digital photo. Now I had to call the product service number to get it set up and a human answered the phone. I couldn't figure out how to store the photos on the internal storage and creat a file. It took less than 5 minutes. We bought our camera for about $100.00 and then the digital photo frame for abt $80.00 bucks. We have digital pictures that we save for all our trips and events. All stored separately in separate folders on our digital frame. Right now we have about 800 pics and it can store much more. The camera is small enough to fit in my shirt pocket. It is easily stored. One of the best investments we could have made. We can save photos for our grandkids to see.

Overall, this is a really nice digital photo frame. The screen is bright, the picture quality is excellent, and once you get your photos loaded, it looks beautiful. It makes a great addition to any room and does exactly what it's supposed to do in terms of displaying photos. My biggest complaint is that it isn't very intuitive or user-friendly. The setup and navigation took much longer than I expected, and the app and menus could definitely be designed better. I'm fairly comfortable with technology, yet I still found myself having to figure things out through trial and error instead of it being straightforward. If Aluratek improved the user experience and made the setup process more intuitive, this would easily be a 5-star product. As it stands, I'd still recommend it because the display quality is excellent, but be prepared to spend a little extra time learning how everything works.

The frame works very well. Much better than expected. Getting media onto the device is easy and you have several options to do that. Very surprising is the motion function. It works very well even from 5ft.

I have bought this item 3 different times for older family members. Quality is great, its easy to use, and it holds an abundance of pictures. I plan on buying one for myself bery soon.

This is the second one I have purchased. Easy set up and sharp crisp pictures are displayed. Everyone comments about it when visiting. I would Recommend this as it is fair priced and displays well.

I bought the Aluratek 10.1" digital picture frame for my wife for Christmas and she was thrilled with this gift. Aluratek has an App that allows you to send and manage photos to the picture frame, and it includes an intuitive touch screen that allows you to manage settings on the frame itself. You can share photos across social media accounts with this frame, and you can allow friends and family to share their photos. You can sync up the frame with your preferred music playlist, and it will even play videos. If you are looking for a thoughtful gift to present to someone, I cannot recommend this digital picture frame enough. It is everything I have said here and more!

Love this frame. Easy to use and pictures look great. Had to call customer service to ask a question and they helped. No complaints. We brought one for my daughter and future husband and one for the in laws.

Overall, the frame works well- adding photos is pretty easy to do through the app, through it isn't possible to remotely see what photos are on the frame, or to remotely delete photos- as far as I can tell, that can only be done in person by using the screen of the frame. One complaint I have is that the stand to use it as a tabletop frame is very poorly designed, and the tiny plastic pieces that are supposed to hold it in place after twisting it on to the back of the frame broke right off the first time I tried to attach it. I hadn't looked at the directions, but it looked like a relatively simple, standard "insert into the slot and twist to lock it in place" type of mechanism. Apparently not so much. Also, the controls on the frame screen are a bit tricky to navigate- I'm a relatively tech-savvy person, and figuring out how to re-start the slide show once it had been switched to the home screen was not as easy as I would have thought. Another thing to note- the username you choose when you install the app will be displayed as a caption with the photos you send to the frame (you might be able to turn off that setting on the frame, I'm not sure.) But don't make your username "hotdude69" or something if you're sending photos to your grandma's frame. (Unless she would think that was funny!)

Got as a gift, it was the cheapest one they had and it is great, it wasn’t too hard too figure out and it looks great, way easier than getting multiple picture frames

Great picture with features for horizontal or vertical display. Easy to set up and use. On and off feature for motion detection works well. Found on sale for a great deal.
