Need to be a techy person to operate

She says there are too many steps to download pictures. So she has not added any new pictures since my brother and I I downloaded the initial ones. This is not user friendly as it says it is.

This is an awful digital picture frame. Not to mention that it is overpriced. This digital picture frame is full of glitches. First it does not read every USB drive or SD card. It is slow and basically a waste of your time and money. You will spend more rime waiting for photos to load, than actually viewing photos. If you want a digital frame do not buy this brand. I suggest you find something on ebay or amazon because this item is a piece of junk. You will be disappointed. Stay away from this product. It is awful . WORST PRODUCT EVER.

Ok Frame

I have to unplug and plug it in several times before it actually boots.
