Worst smart frame

Exchanged it with a new one and a few days later the exact same thing happens. Best buy employees were thoughtful and understanding and helped me tremendously but this device isn't worth any money.

Terrible app interface. The "video chat" feature requires the other party to ALSO have a frame. What?! NO ONE HAS THIS FRAME! Aluratek, how dare you...this is a disgraceful and disrespectful abuse of capitalism Conclusion, do not get this frame! P.s. I couldn't even set my location for the weather.
