The frame works good. Only prob is you have to msg them thru msnger on Fb for them to pair it I msged on July 25 & still haven’t heard back even tho it said would get back to you in a few hrs. My boyfriend got this one bc it had this feature. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GONFOR THE CHEAPER ONE THAT DOES IT THRU THE APP. I can upload thru the app but that’s all.

Was a gift for my mom and she loves it! It is on the wall in the livingroom and she uses it all the time.

The picture is great however the software is poor.

This frame stopped working within a few shorts weeks. My husband bought it as a gift and lost the receipt. We are out $264.99! I do not recommend this frame. If you chance it, keep your receipt!

Quality was a big issue when I bought this product, when I would upload a video or picture the image quality was blurry. Not only that but the software is extremely old & difficult to use. Not simple

The quality is amazing its got great clarity to it.

High resolution and slim design makes it ideal for homes

I tried to connect it to my wifi to preload pictures. After entering my password the device shows that I am connected; however, on the next page it states "please connect to the network, click refresh button". No matter how many times I've refreshed the page, it does nothing. I have tried looking for a factory reset button, but it doesn't exist. I have tried resetting my internet modem and nothing changes. I have tried forgetting the connection and re-entering the password multiple times, yet nothing changes. In addition, I have noticed bubbling (as if the touchscreen wasn't sealed tightly) around the matted part of the frame. I purchased this frame brand new for an in-store order pickup. It also looked like the box was in rough condition with holes found in the plastic covering. Either go in-store to find an undamaged product or just don't with this brand. Unfortunately, I will be returning this and buying from a different brand.

The picture quality of this frame is incredible. It's light weight, sleek, and looks great on our kitchen counter. The APP is easy to set up and intuitive. Sending pictures to the frame was super easy. I'm loving this and will get it for my parents so I can send them pictures of my kids often.

I love my digital picture frame. I do not have to worry about having enough space on my walls for a physical picture. Not only that, whomever I share my frame with can add pictures of their own, seemlessly. I actually woke up this morning and have pictures of my grandchildren that my daughter shared overnight!

Love the video with all the large pictures of my loved ones. I have it on the table next to my lounge chair.
