Anyone else see a bright spot on the bottom of the display right of center? I took the frame back to Best Buy and checked the new one on the spot and it too had the same bright spot. We haven't really used it yet except for a little testing, so I cannot really comment much yet. I am going to contact the company about the bright spot first to see if I am going to return this for good. There are several wifi frames on the market at varying prices and this one fit the bill for it's size and remote connections at the sale price for which I got it, but I won't be truly happy until the bright spot is gone. It is noticeable on all except the brightest photos.

Says it connects to internet but then it says please connect to the internet click refresh then says push token is empty activation failed. Bought it last year and can’t return it gonna try and talk to company but only has a 1 yr warranty looks like I might be out $200. Just buy the Amazon Echo show 15 it’s the same thing really but can do more.

This is our first digital photo frame. Good size and easy to setup. Good clear display of photos. Instructions a little vague. Transfer of photos to frame is a little slow. It is also pricey.

Better than I expected it to be. Easy to use, great picture and lots of features. A great way to see your photos from over the years. With all my thumb drives handy and everything in one place, it is a great way to share. We put ours in the kitchen/counter area and we end up seeing them more often.

The product works well. It was not cheap but the picture quality is good. The software to effect the wireless connection is cumbersome. I was not impressed and therefore chose to upload photos via USB cable. It has the ability to store music along with the display of pictures. The touch screen seems to work well and relatively intuitive. Overall a decent product with the exception of the wireless connectivity software. I also tried the video function using a thumbdrive with some loaded videos. The display of those was good.

great screen that switches through a gallery of your photos! I've had it for almost 3 years and still working good. Although it'll occasionally stop switching through the photo gallery, you usually just have to close it and re-open it and it'll start working again for a good while

I got this for my 90 year old mom for Christmas so she could look at a slideshow of photos from family in different states. The screen is nice and big so that's a great feature for her. A few negatives are when you upload photos from the iPhone app, you can only upload 8 at a time. Also, depending on the photo, it doesn't fill the screen and if you adjust the photo to enlarge it, then other photos are too large. Not sure if it's the way a photo is taken at the time or why that happens with some photos. We wanted to add names to some of the photos which it gave you an option on the app but it doesn't transfer over to the screen. Not sure if it's a setting that needs to be changed or if it isn't capable. I'm going to have to look into that further to see if it's available. Would be nice because my mom has severe Alzheimers and she forgets names so the photo with the names would be awesome! I can't imagine that they give the option to add words to the photo without it transferring over to the screen so....? Other than that, this seems to be a great way to view photos from different people in different places without actually having to be physically where the photo frame is. Set up was easy.

The setup was easy. Using the App, we quickly sent photos to the frame and setup a slide show. The picture quality is very good. 1 thing on my wish list would be for the frame to be able to be placed in a “portrait” position instead of only “landscape” since most of our photos are taken with a phone and they are of our friends and family.

Only had the monitor for a few days but pleased with the quality and the size. It arrived on schedule and was as simple as open the box and plug it in. I would recommend this monitor for home business or any one that spends a lot of time in front of the screen, It is much easier on the eyes.

Bought this for my mom who is 91 and lives out of state. Most people when the age don't need anything, they just want their family. This gift fit the bill. All her kids and grand kids are able to send pictures directly to this screen. Yesterday was Christmas so I haven't talked to her since we were not able to visit but I know she will just love it. My sister loaded the device prior to Christmas so there would be pictures on it when mom opened it.

I basically like the frame, especially the large screen. I am disappointed that the pictures stay in the order I put them. I numbered them and also went alphabetically. I found out the frame does not read numbers or alphabet. USB stick is in order on the computer but all mixed up on the frame. I called on line help and was told the frame puts the pictures where it wants them. Almost returned it for this reason.

It's a nice screen. Most of the setup is pretty easy, with the exception of sending pictures directly to the screen from the PC over wifi. With all the bells and whistles, that function could have been more straight forward.

Love the picture quality; love that I can load pictures from my phone; having difficulties connecting to my laptop; portrait oriented pictures do not show well unless edited to landscape orientation - would like to be able to edit on the photo frame

I did lot of research before purchasing this digital photo frame and I'm glad I made this purchased. First of all the touchscreen and IPS LCD display quality are impressive, second the set up took only less than two minutes and was easy to do. The only down size I see so far is the power cord that is not long enough, if you want to hang on the wall the power cord might not reach the outlet. The length of the power cord is approximately 4 ft long but overall I'm satisfied with this purchased that I made.

Definitely has some set-up issues, even some bugs, BUT despite those things this digital frame is one of the neatest things I have ever owned, I'm mesmerized by my beautiful memories scrolling before me!

We really like this frame. It is a great size for the grandparents. The app is a little cumbersome but other than that its great.

This is an OUTSTANDING product at a very reasonable price! Setup is very easy if you follow the on-screen prompts and the smartphone app. The resolution is superb and the size is perfect for our den. The Web site provides all the support and information you need. Don't hesitate! (BTW, the easiest way is to put your photos on an SD card.)

This digital frame is easy to set up and use because the user interface / display / operation are very intuitive. Unit performs well on the home network and has more features than I expected. Family and friends email pictures to the frame with ease. Lots of user options and flexibility.

The product is very nice. My only complaint is most of my photos that I transfer from my android doesn't display in full size. Some photos chop off the head of the images or displays the images in a smaller version. This is my second frame. I purchased the 7" first. Then I purchased the 15.6" thinking that would solve the problem. But now I have a 15.6 " and my photos are still displaying 7 or 8 inches on a 15.6 inch screen. Rotating the screen doesn't work either. Want to buy one for my daughter as an anniversary gift, now thinking about finding a different brand.
