Can't plug the aux all the way in, otherwise, it won't work. Need to charge this piece every two days. However, i was able to connect my switch to sound system for premium sounds

Grandma n Grandpa were coming over to visit; we Love to have them over; however, Grandpa's hearing ain't what it used to be. But! He had a Logitec H800 BlueTooth Headset that he loved...so I tried this little transmitter, and it Worked! I hooked up the transmitter with it's included 1/8" male-to-male and 1/8" female to twin RCA phono plugs to the Red/White audio Out RCA phone jacks on the back of the old TV. I plugged the supplied USB cord into the transmitter and into the TV's USB service port. Viola! done :-) The TV would recharge the transmitter's battery and the battery would last quietly through the night and next day waiting for the next movie. We just turned on the TV, and turned on his headset and they re-connected without a hitch. Now, getting them paired up in the beginning was a matter of making sure there were no-other BT devices in pairing mode, and setting the Headset in pairing mode, and holding it within 1 foot (30cm) of the transmitter and I pressed the Pairing button on the Tx... Now Grandpa can adjust the volume to his liking, and we have just the volume we want. Win win

This works as promised, but needs very frequent recharging and the pairing process does not work well for anything other then a smartphone. The wireless headphones I pair with it often pair with another close-by TV soundbar or my smartphone, rather then with the headphones.

This works real well plugged into my Westinghouse TV in my bedroom. I can go to other rooms and it still works. I have it plugged into an external battery (6000 mAh) and it uses very little power. My external has lasted 4 days charging it with 2 leds (half power)still on. I send the audio to an external Bluetooth JBL Flip2 as well as a Bose Bluetooth headset. I use an 3.5 mm extension so it is not hanging on the back of the TV. That is the only con about this device. It did still work fine on the back of the TV.

Bought this mainly to transmit audio to my wireless headphones. Works great and not difficult to operate. Since the unit is so lite and small, it is easy to quickly remove from a tv or MP3 and use it on a different device.

My only options to use my bluetooth headphones were this little gem or buy a $500 receiver (only 1 brand receiver will transmit bluetooth). I had read some negative reviews but decided it was worth a shot. I was pleasantly surprised that the sound quality is excellent. Easy set up. Compatibility was a concern, but my headphones paired without any issue. Standing it on it's edge gives improved transmitting range. Latency is low while watching video. I can dial A/V sync in perfect at 200ms if I use VLC media player, half of the almost unnoticeable delay could be contributed to the headphones. Very pleased so far.

Nice for my limited purposes. I have a tablet without bluetooth out. I plug this into the headphone jack and use my bluetooth headphones just fine. Pairing could be better. I put it in pairing mode and then have to be patient for it to eventually find the right connection. It always seems to work, but makes you wonder for a moment. When connected, great. My IT staff was surprised at the quality in use.

Needed so I could watch TV after the rest of the family goes to bed. It connected easily to my bluetooth BOSE headphones. Worked great in not disturbing anyone and letting me catch up on my favorite shows.

Good product, easy set up, quick charge. It has a 10 hour battery life until needing full recharge and the range extends to several rooms in the house. Compact and simple. Pairs easily.

I have only used this a few times since buying it a month ago, but it has been simple to use. It paired easily with my bluetooth headphones, there doesn't seem to be any noticeable latency and the it came with an RCA adaptor as well. I haven't used it for music, so I can't comment about its audio fidelity, but I have been using it while riding on Zwift and it has been fine for that. It has been an excellent find for my needs.

This unit works great but sometimes I have to turn it off then back on again to get my TV to see the Bluetooth signal. It does what I’m looking for, I’ve connected it to my record player and I listen to my records through my soundbar. Love it

Easy to set up on my TV and use my Bluetooth headphone without blasting out my wife with high volume.

I've had this for a few weeks and I'm using it as a transmitter from my television. The sound quality is adequate for that purpose without skipping or noticeable latency, but YMMV if you're listening to music. I paid full price for this at $49. It paired right away to Sony earphones. However, despite reading and following the instructions for several hours, I could not get it to stay paired with 2 sets of headphones, let alone have 2 sets in use at the same time. The instructions for clearing paired devices do not work, nor the troubleshooting steps, and this problem is not addressed in the FAQ's on the Aluratek website. I feel that this device is not delivering the features as promised and it is not worth the price I paid for it.

I needed something to be able to listen to the TV while being quiet and I was sick of having the volume all the way down and reading subtitles. If you're looking for something that solves that problem also this is the thing to get. Sometimes it makes weird noises but it goes away or I just haven't noticed them that often. It's easy to plug in and pair with Bluetooth headphones too.

Great for connecting my Sony Walkman portable CD player to the Bluetooth in my 2021 automobile. I can now play my CDs in my car that otherwise has no CD player. I just come out of the headphone jack with the supplied cable and the unit does the rest of the work in tandem with my car Bluetooth audio.

The Aluratek Universal Bluetooth Audio Transmitter is exactly what I wanted. I needed to connect bluetooth earbuds/headphones to my Samsung TV so I wouldn't bother other family members late at night. It worked well with my Sony heaphones and Apple Airpods. It was easy to set up. I plugged the transmitter in to the TV's USB port to power it up. This ensured the it turned on when the TV was on and it shut off when the TV was turned off. Connecting to various earbuds and headphones was easy to do. I found that to have the best connection to the headphone it was best to have a clear line of sight between the transmitter and the headphone. At first when I put the transmitter behind the TV, the connection was sporadic.

I bought these because I don’t own wired headphones and the ones they give you on airplanes have terrible audio quality. I was nervous about how they pair with airpods and while its clunky to get going, I was so impressed by the strength of the bluetooth connection and the audio quality I was able to get! Honestly made the airplane bearable

Reasonably easy to set up. Transmitted sound from my TV without noticable distortion to my premium headphones

Works well does interfere with regular am / fm raido when blue tooth is plugged in & near raido! Would buy again!

Performs well....now. Initial installation led to static reception with no audio on my ear buds, which worked just fine with phone, etc. It appears that the standard installation with provided cables behind the TV (and in a cabinet) was the problem. I replaced the short audio cable with a longer one moving the transmitter outside the cabinet and away from the back of the tv and it now has performed just fine.
