Doesn't always turn on

The only drawback is the audio is not in sync with the television video so there is a delay in receiving the audio. It's a few seconds behind the video. Then the next day I had difficulty turning it on. I removed it from the tv and recharged it hoping to remedy the problem. It is reluctant to turn on. I am going to return this product to the store.

Depends on a battery

You can’t use it until it’s absolutely done charging. If it could be used with ac power supply independently of the battery... but it can’t. If you plan on using it in a home theater situation, or don’t want the hassle of a battery, there are much better options available.
