it makes a weard sound at the end of the connection and the sound comes and goes between my tv and my beats

Thought I could connect to television so wife could read while I watched. Sound was not synked with image

Would rarely connect and then had poor range.Returned to store.

I bought this item to go along with a tv the representative suggested since this tv didn't have Bluetooth. The other tv that the representative didn't think would be as good as the Samsung. They may have been right about the tv, but this product doesn't work. I bought another brand and that one works. However, I don't believe these products have been perfected.

this worked for the first few days. went into Best Buy and got another one and it worked for 1 day.

I purchased this as a Bluetooth transmitter for my guitar amplifier so I can listen through my Bluetooth headphones. There is about a 2 second delay so this does not work at all. It is probably not noticeable if you are streaming music, but I wouldn't buy it if you want to connect a television to a Bluetooth speaker. It probably won't work.

The nearly one second delay in retransmitting the audio is among the worst I have experienced.

It's range was very limited and the sound was plain awful.

The package did not include a charging cord. I called and they sent a charging cord within a week. I was able to charge the device and pair it with my headphones. But, the device went dead within 24 hours. I tried to return it to Best Buy but, was told that it was past the 15 return period. I will not make another purchase at Best Buy.

The unit works, but I have to re-acquire the headphones every time i use it.

Couldn't get this to connect to anything. Went to store and they just wanted to refund my purchase. Had to later return the speaker I bought for. I like Best Buy, but due to staff being busy, I returned this and the speaker, I liked the speaker, but it was a package deal for me. Speaker connected to other Bluetooth devices.

Maybe it was the headphones that I was using but I couldn't get it to work for me.

I had problems getting this to connect to my Bluetooth headphones the first time I used it. Almost returned it right then, but I decided to give it some time. I got it to work a few times but after a couple of weeks it won't connect with my headphones anymore. Very dissatisfied.

use transmitter twice...now its not working Aluratek cust support says there is a problem with the transmitter antenna that I need to send it back to start the replacement process but I need to pay for shipping..I use it twice then its broken..this piece of junk..not anymore buy this brand..bad cust service...
