I love this media player. Sometimes it’s just nice to push the buttons instead of asking Alexa or having to pull up an App to make a change on your player. I would recommend this product for ease of use BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD COVERAGE just. because mine is falling apart...but it still works without the speaker and front panels.

I purchased this internet radio for my mom who is in a long term care facility. Setup was fairly easy and I was able to load a lot of legally purchased Springsteen music on the internal drive. She can listen to Pandora, other internet radio and her Springsteen with ease. WiFi setup was simple and the unit is compact and fits on her nightstand easily.

I like the device and premise behind it, but sound quality could be better. For the price I paid, worth the money spent.

Easy setup, but difficult to keep it connected to the internet. With newest comcast router with pods, it keeps on disconnecting from the internet also very slow processor making connecting to any station extremely slow.

Actually thought this was a great item overall. But the one thing that frustrated me to no end was trying to figure out how to turn the alarm off without shutting the whole radio off. The instructions dont tell you how to do this nor are there enough tutorials to show you online. Nice to play music thru wifi from my ipod nano. Wish I could somehow link my satellite radio from my car though lol.

This product was a great idea - basically a cheap smartphone without the phone connected to an alarm clock. But it was always slow and filled with ads that prevented it from really serving the purpose of an alarm clock with web-enabled music capabilities. It took little to no time to develop viruses that make it useless. And you can't reset it.

Was looking for a tabletop internet radio to replace my old Logitech internet radios, which finally expired. Saw this in the store, looked promising, so bought it. Mistake. Although it's stereo, sound quality is vastly inferior to the old Logitech radios, and many others - despite having a "subwoofer" (which is a real stretch of terminology). Sound quality is on par with cheap transistor radios of the 70s... if that good.
But, by far the biggest problem is this radio is based on some kludge of Android OS... and by far the worst I've seen yet. It functions almost as well as the freebie bottom of the line phones the cell companie "give you" for signing up... maybe! The touch screen is very sluggish to respond, as are the embedded apps. Just turning on the radio is an exercise in patience... have to hold down the power button some arbitrary time (not too short, not too long), then wait... display remains dark until finally it begins the boot up process (just like a cellphone, only very SLOWLY).
Apps are quirky, unstable, and lock up or stop responding often. The GUI is horrible. Whoever designed it sure didn't want it to be used frequently.. .best just left on once you (finally) get the desired app going.
Another HUGE annoyance: After several minutes of use, the device calls up a screensaver weather conditions pop-up... which CANNOT be disabled... and it comes up showing weather conditions in Los Angeles CA... Try as I might, it would not recognize ANY other city, large or small... just says "city not recognized". Perhaps I should've tried cities in China, instead of the USA. There was little to NO thought or effort put into the firmware on this radio. As far as I'm concerned, this device is all but useless, aside from a cheap plastic paperweight. Very poorly designed and executed, poor sound quality, and absolutely hideous hack of Android as the OS makes this a mistake I will not repeat. There is more, but not worth the trouble to explain.

I bought this streaming alarm clock radio for my daughter. It is perfect for the purpose I purchased it for. (Streaming spotify and using it for an alarm). Sound is ok for low background music which is basically what I wanted it for because my daughter is 8 and loves to fall asleep listening to soft music.

Except for the fact that I like gadget challenges I would have returned this item right away. When it works it is a decent product. However when it constantly freezes it can be frustrating to say the least. It is an Android OS (Kitcat 4.4) so you can sneak in the Android settings to tweak it a bit. Your computer will not recognize this unit, so you will not be able to load your own music. I tried it on Windows 7 and Windows 10 with no success. Maybe this unit is a lemon, and if you want to take a chance make sure you have some paper clips (for resetting) handy.

This is really an Android with loud speakers. For me, with no Android experience, it was hard to set up. The documentation, while colorful shows only the essential functions. It does not include information
on "how to turn it on" and a number of basic operations.
Once set up, it performs well, receives the stations I want
and has good sound quality. The operation is more complicated than a radio needs to be, but if you know how to use a smart phone it is no big deal. It has a built in battery which is non replaceable. There is also an included AC power supply which runs the radio and recharges the battery.

For the size of this radio I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. The user interface is easy to navigate. My only complaint is that it does freeze up at times more than it should. However, a simply unplug/replug usually does the trick
