Image Quality good, but lost connection too often...

First time I used it, people on Zoom couldn't hear me. I ended up calling the company and got a really nice young man who didn't believe I was 74 (I played the "old" card), and helped me. I had to change the settings and tried it out with a friend who has a Zoom account, and she could hear me, so hopefully it will work the next time I have a Zoom meeting.

It was very easy to set up and start using. Only issue is clarity. I was very surprised on the resolution especially since it was marketed as 2K. Which I felt would be better than 1080p. But once I got it setup it was very grainy. Im not sure if it might have been the application I was using it for or just the camera. Other than that it was a OK web cam

The camera is great, but it may as well not have a mic. I had to hold it 1” from my mouth for the mic to work, but thats not feasible as a webcam. I called the company and some guy talked about how its not a studio quality mic and that I could get some kind of amplifier. And then he said that would end up costing alot so I should just take it back, which I did. Evidently alot of reviewers had this problem. So if you need a mic, don’t get this. If all you need is a camera, then it will work. So becaue it doesn’t work as designed, I’m giving it the lowest rating.

I got this webcam on clearance. For the price ($65), it's quite nice. I am thankful for the privacy cover. The auto focus seems to work. At MSRP, I would not purchase this camera, however. There are much better options in the $100 price range.

Reviewed another product at the same time of purchase. They both were on daily deals and they would not honor the daily deal price. had to call customer service three times for a $12 discount that should’ve been around $60. It’s a good product And the rating is more reflective of the customer service and not the product.

It’s pretty good for what it’s worth, I like the design and how it autofocus.

Blurry videos and a waste of money which is why I bought tge unit

I saw this one on sale and I needed a new webcam as my previous one finally bit the dust. This was such a huge improvement for my replacement and just a simple plug and play for it made it super fast and easy to use. I would definitely buy it again.

Easy to set up. Good for school and to stream games

Camera quality could have been much better for the price.

I expected another tech hassle but it was recognized by Win 11 and connected without issue. I appreciated the long cord. Would like to have color and saturation control but it only has brightness and contrast. That could be a Win driver issue. Middle of the road image quality. Not bad and not great.

Works fine on setup, but I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet.

Video quality is ok. The autofocus is terrible!!! It constantly adjusts focus in a way that distracting to everyone. Returning it and would not recommend unless you can ignore that distraction.

Love this product and also a great price. So happy with my purchase.

Solid Camera, the bracket attachment could be a little better, but overall works well.
