Video works great. Others in calls complain they can't hear me well using the built-in microphone. After switching back to laptop's microphone, others don't have a problem hearing me.

Bought this and it barely did anything better than my $20 I bought years ago.

Great Webcam and has wonderful 2k resolution. I use this all time for my work and when video chatting with friends and family.

Tried out this 2K HD camera on the idea I would get a bump up in sound and vid quality on my MacBook laptop when used in remote meetings. I returned it after a day. The camera sound was not improved, but the video quality was very poor in low light. So I changed the lighting option and that left the camera image over-exposed, but the internal camera was much improved. So, overall not worth the $140 (tax included) I paid.

This webcam is working out great. Didn't realize I could just purchase this separately to be able to Zoom on my computer.

I needed this for my zoom meetings; So far it seems to be working well. Bestbuy delivery system is praiseworthy. Thanks!

Not happy - I wanted to use it with teams and it doesn’t work with that. May e someone can tell me the proper set up for that

So happy with this camera. Light capture is so much better than the camera on my tablet. Don't have to sit in the dark to Zoom anymore.

Adjustable mount to sit atop most any monitor, excellent picture. Snap-on, flip-up lens cover is great for privacy when needed.

Connectivity problems…. It does not work well with the 2018 MAC without a USB cord. I used a hyperdrive and it works off and on with the USB but not good.

A great camera for video streaming and podcasts. Price is good and set up was extremely easy.

Pros - good price and easy to setup Cons - picture was totally washed out, no improvement over camera integrated with laptop. I tried different lighting, adjusted settings, etc but didn't make significant difference. I'm giving it 2 stars because it works. I do not believe it is worth even the sale price, given the poor image quality. I used it with Zoom and doxy.me, for videoconferencing one-on-one. I'm returning it.

Odd placement of the usb port to the camera. It's picture quality was ok. Sound was ok. it's just okay and does not command its price tag. returned.

Due to working from home now I needed a web-cam for my set up. So far it has been working very well with Great clarity.

Overall, the picture was fine, but keeps trying to auto focus. It is really distracting. On paper, the specs are look better than the Logitech 922, but in reality, i don't find that to be the case. The Logitech 922 is also less expensive and comes with software for tuning the camera. Unfortunately, the Logitech are frequently back ordered or out of stock at Best Buy.

Well pleased with this webcam. The clarity of it is great. Would highly recommend it to any one.

This webcam was just....average. I thought the quality of it would be a lot better. But it wasn't anything serious. I was hoping for better.

Good picture quality, very low sound, bad system for attaching to monitor. Overall, not happy.
