Camera works fine, but the advertised mic does not.

VERY HORRIBLE PRODUCT I REPEAT VERY HORRIBLE PRODUCT You would be better of trying to reverse engineer a toaster to take pictures. this camera sucks wild turkey giblet if you know what I mean. You would literally be better off trying to reverse engineer the technology used to invent cameras and perhaps, even without any luck at all, you would discover a better contraption for recording visual data. Infact, I surmise that cavemen which used their hands to pain on the surfaces of dark caves in dim candle light could probably render a better visual approximation of anything better than this camera could.

The built-in noise suppression is not able to be disabled and people cannot hear me when talking quite loudly. It also is very poor in adjusting to lighting changes and often leaves you looking over-exposed and glowing.

The device seems to work well so i kept it... but, the glass plate over the camera lens came off as i was unboxing it... i should have been shotting an unboxing video on youtube and it would have been funny.

I filtered my search to include a light on the webcam and this one does not. I had never purchase one before so thought the light may be somewhere I didn't recognize. I am happy with the other item purchased from the same manufacturer.

The camera looked great for the first hour or so and then it started to have some quality issues. It had little lines across the screen and I could not fix the issue. I returned the item.

Wonderful camera for the computer. Very clear and noise canceling works very well.

Pretty awful if you're trying to use it for anything besides a chat. Even then, the focus is meh at best.

It is unknown to me whether the camera I bought was defective or indicative of the quality Aluratek puts out, but the webcam was terrible. While the resolution did indeed appear as 2K in every camera application I tested in, the actual quality appeared to be closer to 720p. I am grateful to Best Buy once again for their terrific return policy, as I would like a device whose quality is as the packaging claims; the Aluratek 2K Ultra HD Webcam was far from 2K and not worth the money, nor time, spent on it.

Works well to my standards, best bang for my buck.

Camera quality was not that great. Claims to be a 1440p camera and doesn't really display that, even in glod lighting. Returning for a logitech camera.

Very disappointed at how cloudy it looked when using and it would give “ wavy look ” in some lighting

The camera is excellent. However, the microphone does not work very well. Every time I use it the people on the other end cannot hear me.

Good camera. Not great. Could be a lot worse and better. Very 2.5 stars.

Doesn’t hook up to any of the laptops I have. This is one more reason that purchases made online are ridiculous.

Poor image quality and horrible microphone. I looked like I was in the dark no matter how many lights were on or how bright it was. No one could hear me when I used the built in microphone. No worth the money - at all! No software to adjust image quality or microphones.

No longer works after 1 week of use. The usb is terrible.

Stay away from this product. After a month it started flickering and then stopped working.

Returned. didn’t like it. quality wasn’t up to par. sits weird.
