The white balance is so bad I looked like a ghost when using the cam. Absolutely zero features with this camera. Just save yourself the time and get a Logitech webcam.

Microphone sucks!

People on the other end can barely hear us. Even when we bring the mic up to your mouth. The audio is crap! Total waste of money!

I didn't open package till after the 15 days were up so would have been no way to see if product was compatible but what does a company like best buy care they got your money.

Geek Squad tried to get it fixed. Couldn't get it to work after spending time with Geek Squad. Still the same issue after testing on Zoom. Sending back to Best Buy.
