Horrible camera. Don’t waste your money. Washes you out, no matter what you do to change lighting

Terrible sound and video quality. Looked grainy and sounded like I was in a cave.

I purchased this a while ago and regret not returning it right out of the gate. It constantly gets static and pixelation in the image, coworkers I was on video calls with said I sounded a milion miles away. This forced me to turn my camera off so I could move the unit closer but then was basically shouting into it. It's easy enough to use; just plug it in. But it started having issues after about three months and then this camera ended up being completely useless after less than a year. I'll be switching back to a Logitech.

I'm pretty happy with this webcam. It has two minor issues: 1) the joints on the arm are a tad loose so sometimes it doesn't quite stay where you put it and you have to readjust but it's not a big deal. 2) The built in mic picks up the sound of the autofocus gearing, so if you move around too much and cause it to refocus, your callee will hear the clicking sounds. This is pretty annoying, so I turned off the autofocus through the device driver. Other than that though, it has great picture quality and good sound quality for the price I paid.

Got this so I could have a camera on my main monitor. Super clear image. Very compact. Wish it had a better attachment method but I can make due.

The picture and video quality is very good. I've only used it during the daytime, and it handled the light levels well. The auto focus doesn't seem to do a bad job so far. The microphone isn't good. I have to be right next to it for people to hear me on various apps like discord. That's ok for me because I use a headset anyway. Super easy to set up.

It doesn't interfere and is not obtrusive. Good for the price. Works as intended.

I have a relatively new MacBook that I got to work from home with due to the current status of the world. A big part of that is zoom meetings, presentations, and also chats with clients. The one the came inside my laptop isn’t the best quality so I checked here to see what’s available. I ordered this one to see if it would make a difference and it totally has! The light exposure is a lot clearer and no picture lagging at all. I would recommend this investment to any business professional.

Awesome webcam! Ready to use right out of the box and connected to my Macbook with ease. The mount works with my Joby camera mount too. Such clear picture and video. They could have made it look a bit more modern though...or added a privacy shield for when it's not in use.

Bought this in Jan 2022 as an addition to my laptop webcam as I need the flexibility to move the cam around while using the laptop. I have a tripod for it as well. The webcam was easy to setup and has great quality!

works fine. wish it had an indicator light for when its recording, but it comes with an attachment cover for privacy... for video. not sure how that works for audio. pictures sharp, exposure seems wonky. running on a m1 Mac mini. on sale at time of purchase so the price makes sense for what it is.

Great product at a great holiday price, I like the auto-focus feature, the privacy lens cover that comes in the package. The base design can be a little bit better to hold the cam in place. Video quality is good, I wish Aluratek had a software to customize the settings.

Purchased this for a virtual NYE get together, Very easy setup (just plug it into the computer). Worked great! And has a wide focus so the whole family got into the video. Highly recommend.

I like this camera. The sharpness is amazing BUT it keep constantly refocusing and focusing. Can anyone help me figure out how to have it just focus one and stay?
