Customers are saying

Customers admire the Smart Phone and Tablet Flex Mount's functionality, but many express concerns regarding its durability. Several reviews cite instances of the mount breaking or becoming unstable after relatively short periods of use. The flexible head is a particular point of concern for some users. Improvements in the mount's structural integrity are suggested by customer feedback.

Very sturdy and flexible arm. The grip for the phone itself is also very reliable, I was able to fit the width of a Nintendo Switch on it. Only issue so far is the clasp could be a little better when tightening. Tends to get loose quicker than expected.

Much sturdier than I would have liked. Took a lot of effort to move the arm around, but at least it stays in place. Much larger than I expected as well. But does what it says it does

It lasted just over a year and then the metal broke in two. We were mostly loving this thing until that happened. I was bending it to adjust the height and where the black plastic towards the top is literally snapped and you can see metal on the inside.

Arm is some thick metal, even for a big guy it's stiff and hard to adjust. Connection point between flexible arms is made of PLASTIC and GLUE. Snapped at connection point the second time I tried to adjust it. Cheap materials, will break if moved around. NOT WORTH PRICE.

This is the second one I've purchased, and the second one that broke. Works well for short period of time. Used it on my sons wheelchair. $38 is to much for something short lived. I'll have to keep looking for something that last.

These were a game changer. Now I don't need to buy a big monitor, my tablet is enough TV (just needed the proper "mount"). By these holders, you'll be glad you did. They mount just about anywhere and hold strong

Ever wish you had a third hand? The cops look at you funny as you drive past them holding you cell in one hand? THIS SOLVES THAT PROBLEM. It will be your third hand, it will be your cell support, AND, it will free up one hand to receive that ticket the cop just wrote you!

Great idea but…. It broke after about 3 weeks, it was very hard to adjust. It did hold a cell phone or a tablet securely without damaging either. Another customer said theirs broke also. So I assume it’s a damaged design?

Like the free hands feature to scan documents. My hands are weak, so it is tricky for me to get iPad in clamp without dropping iPad. But that is my own ongoing health problem.

It fits anywhere and it's well worth the money because you pay more for the quality. It is very sturdy and flexible. Very happy with this product. Dont buy something cheaper. You will be more happy with this product for its quality.
