Purchased this wireless adapter to connect to my Apple Car Play and happy I did. After installing it, within a minute it synced with my auto and seamlessly streamed the content from my phone.

This is a close to perfect wireless Apple CarPlay option if your builtin receivers does not have the feature. If you are already using bluetooth on your receiver to connect your phone, this is the step up. Both have a similar lag, but at least you get the Apple CarPlay features with this. If you do not mind wiring your phone to use CarPlay, then stick to it. The downside of this item is the lag. Some times I click pause but nothing happens so I click it again only to see that there is a lag and end up pausing, playing, then pausing again.

Plug and play, works great! USB-C adapter provided if needed. If you want to hide it, you can purchase a USB cable with 90-degree tip elsewhere on the internet and route to a better place under the dash... and connect the Aluratek transmitter/receiver. There was no issue connecting to my Apple iPhone 16 Pro. Highly recommend!

It is very easy to set up. Also, once connected for the first time it automatically connects wvery time in a very fast manner. The only drawback so far is that when using it for video calls there is sometime a bit of lag in voice . However, not sure if it is from the device or the iphone.

I have bought this for my 24 4runner. Most of the time no matter if bluetooth and or wifi is on the carplay always conncects but the volume controls do not. I can make a call and adjust the volume then. But when listening to music or using the maps i csn not adjust the volume.

This works perfectly in place of Apple CarPlay if your car has it and is required to plug in a phone to access the CarPlay features. Only problem is it does seem to have a slight delay in audio

Awesome little accessory! I have CarPlay in my car and hated having to plug my phone in every time I got into the car, so I could use CarPlay. Probably killed my phone battery sooner too from the amount of charges throughout the day. I saw this wireless adapter and couldn’t wait to get it, and it works perfect. I don’t have to plug my phone in all the time anymore and that’s a win. This only works with cars that already have CarPlay. This accessory won’t make your car have CarPlay.

Great product, it just works. Response time is fast, installation is really easy. Took my 2 minutes to get it setup. The only thing i dont like about it is that its a little bigger than id like it to be but still small enough to ignore.

Connected with no problems, sometimes I do have to unplug it to get it to allow me to use my steering wheel controls but that’s only happened twice. All in all it’s awesome not having to plug my phone in and have a cable in my way!

My phone battery was draining in every cycle I plugged to use my Carplay, but with this item I just have to Start ON my car and immediately my phone connects without lags or mistakes.

This is nice to have. Now my phone automatically connects to Appleplay with I enter my car. Wrote this I had to connect a wire to my phone to get Appleplay to connect to my phone.

Really easy to install. Connects to my car head unit with no issues. Using with an after market stereo in my 2000 jeep cherokee. Realy like this carplay adater

Works well. Sometimes it needs to be disconnected and reconnected because volume does not work. But once is reconnected it works perfect

I was looking for something for my car so I can use apple play wirelessly without having to always plug in my phone and ruin my battery. This was exactly what I was looking for! It works perfectly as soon as I get into the car it automatically connects and I don't have to do any additional connecting, which is a life saver!

Temperamental. It could be my newer model Acura's infotainment center. Acura owners know this is an issue. It works for maps, phone calls and text messages most of the time. But for Pandora and CNBC I need to mess around with the app on my phone to jump start it into working 50% of the time. Could be better. Bought two of these. One for myself and my wife. I was the guinea pig and returned my wife's. She would have already thrown it out the window. :)

WORKS GREAT. GIVES ME WIRELESS CAR PLAY. VERY EASY TO INSTALL.

Trying to use this in my Corolla Hatchback was a little frustrating. The unit always booted up and connected right away but more often than not my volume control wouldn’t work from the steering wheel or the head unit itself (factory). I even reset my phone thinking that was the issue. I’d have to unplug it and put it back in 3-4 times before I got the functionality back. Id rather deal with a cable than this. Returned.

I am so glad i have wireless carplay. It is a little bit laggy but i am not complaining. I would do anything to not have a cord.

I’m very pleased with how easy this was to install and it connects very time without any issues. I have a USB port on the dash that I plug it into and it comes with a 3M tape that I used to attach it. It is out of the way. If you want a way to automatically start Apple Car Play without having to use a cord this is the way. I highly recommend it.
