Waste of money

I returned this. and Best Buy sent it back to me with a letter saying, not returnable. Why? the letter did not say. Now I spent a 128 dollars for a product that does not work and can't get a refund.

Aluratek wireless Headphones

Bought these to replace a weak pair and these are great! I can cook on the grill, move my head in any direction be at least 200 feet away and still hear with out any cut outs. I recommend these on ear headphones for any one that moves and hates wires.

Light,great sound

Only con is battery charge life but recharge after 1 to 2 movies max an good to go. Great item imho an worth the money!

Replaced broken headphones

Before purchasing he would have the TV volume set quite loud, which was very annoying. The headphones were wonderful because he could listen at a volume good for him and the TV volume could be lowered or muted for me. A week ago the headphones broke. I called Best Buy and asked if they sold replacement headphones for Aluratek. The man told me they did not and suggested I contact the company. I called Aluratek and Amrish sent out a replacement pair, at no charge, right away. Greatly appreciate the service.

Big disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I kid you not, the product is already damaged when we take it out of the box. this was a gift for my in laws, and it looks beat up and used when we take it out of the box, the package offers almost no protections on the headphones, and it scratched the ear cup. we try to hook it up and try the sound, when we finally figured it out, it sounds terrible
