I could hear very clearly, and people could hear me very well. I gave only 3 stars because the battery life was sub standard. I could only get around 4hrs of talk time on a full battery. It seemed it was being charged more that it was being used.

I'm working from home due to the pandemic, and needed a wireless headset that would allow me to answer calls without being tethered to my workstation. Unfortunately, the microphone does not work at all when in bluetooth mode, and when plugged in, I have to shout in order for callers to hear me. I exchanged this for a $10 wired set with crystal clear sound.
