    The microwave was sold at a good price, but when best buy came to install it, it was missing pieces and so we returned it.

    The first one that was delivered was wrapped in plastic with Styrofoam on each end with cardboard over the foam. It had a dent in the rear left corner which made it not able to fit flush against the wall. Best Buy sent us another one. It also came without a box wrapped just like the first one an had the same dent in the same exact place. My husband asked the UPS driver if he would mind if he checked it before he accepted it. He said OK. Well we refused it because of the dent and the driver said he had never seen anything packaged so poorly. Especially something that produces radar. So the driver left with both microwaves. Very disappointed.
