    The microwave performance is okay. I don’t like the microwave clock it’s very hard to see the time display it’s too dim; it may be due to the green color of time.

    Such a terrible site that it does not provide easily found phone numbers to contacting someone on an order purchased. Trying to find help number is like a scavenger hunt. And you can never get anyone at the store when calling in. Wait time is a joke. Terrible customer support.

    Poor instruction information. I've had to experiment to learn each function and still don't know most of them. I can't find a customer care phone number either.
