We installed this Amana - 24.5 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Stainless Steel Refrigerator with Water and Ice Dispenser about a month ago. So far it's been working great. (Fingers crossed.) This is our first side-by-side fridge with an ice & water dispenser, and we absolutely love these features. I picked up a couple of cheap fridge thermostats at hardware store (one for fridge, one for freezer) and so far the temps for both have remained spot on. Some reviewers complained that this fridge and/or the ice dispenser are too noisy, but we think both are really a minimal level of noise. No louder than our old fridge, and that never bothered us. Its really nice to have so much more space in both the fridge & the freezer than we ever had before. The door shelves seem pretty solid and hold a lot of stuff. Even though there is no 3rd sliding drawer dedicated just for cold cuts and cheeses, the other 2 drawers hold an awful lot of stuff. A few other reviewers have also complained about the shelving. Again, we don't see any problems in this area. Others have also complained about the position of the water dispenser being so close to the ice dispenser, and accidentally hitting the water when going for ice, leading to water running down the front of the door. Yet again, we have encountered no such issues with this whatsoever. I think as long as you don't get the rare lemon when the fridge is delivered to you, this fridge is a really nice model for the price. I highly recommend it, at least for now. If anything changes, I'll post an update later.

Excellent refrigerator. Works like a charm and is quiet. Temperature is set perfectly. A lot of storage space for food on both the shelves and drawers. Door shelves are also spacious. Freezer has perfect space size to organize all frozen foods. This is our second Amana refrigerator and we love it.

We have had less expensive refrigerators and we have owned 3 door models that cost more than this. This model is a great size, looks nice and is very functional. Black sides, in between the big deep models and the counter depth seems just right for our counters. Wish it had one more drawer for cheese.

Delivery team was top notch! Very professional and kept me informed. Amana is a whirlpool product - I have had a lot of success out of products. This refrigerator makes me happy. Plugged it up it was a breeze to use, it immediately got cold and makes wonderful crushed ice I just love it I can’t say enough thank you BEST BUY you have really thrilled to be with this fridge and matching stove.

I bought this fridge open box and I was scared at first but everything is working perfect, it is also turned cold super quick, you can match your other appliances if you like the black and stainless steel look. It said that it had scratches and it did seem that way. However, after cleaning it, there were no scratches, it was only dirty. 10/10

The Amana side by side refrigerator freezer is so convenient with an easy view of all food and drink items stored. There are ample shelves and door slots to store any size container easily. The exterior water dispenser and icemaker are a great convenience and changing from cubed to crushed ice with the push of a button is super easy. It's the perfect size for me and I highly recommend this model of Amana!

I regret buying this refrigerator It doesn’t come with the 3rd small drawer, like most side by side refrigerators have for Storing things likeCheese and bologna. The freezer section is also missing a rack. I miss my old refrigerator That was the same size but had more storage but it gave up on me. I wish I could return it and buy something that has what I need. I called the company but extra shelf not small drawer is $96 and freezer iron rack is $46. It also makes a sound on the door handle and slightly moves every time I open it.

We’ve only had this a couple of weeks, but so far it’s a nice fridge. There is lots of space. The freezer seems huge compared to the French door refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer. We bought this as a second fridge for our laundry room. It was an economical choice for a side by side in stainless and money well spent. (Best Buy delivered within two days. Right on time. Very nice delivery people too.)

Never realized it would be as convenient as it is - my other fridge is a Samsung (more expensive). This fridge is equally as nice and has the added plus of separate water and ice dispensers.

Works perfect and very quiet. So far so good would recommend this unit.

This fridge has exceeded my expectations! The best buy total tech team delivered and installed everything for me. The fridge did take about 24hrs to make a good size batch of ice. Very happy with my appliance package. Dont mind the hand prints in the first picture that was from me.

This fridge is great. Looks nice, good size and best buys delivery people are always great. The few things I have notice was that it's a little louder than our last fridge and the water dispenser how it's made drips. Once your done getting water if you don't wait and catch the last drop it drips down the side of the freezer. Ours has a long streak down the front now from the water and I can't seem to find anything that will completely get it off. I'm guessing it's from how our water is here maybe a little harder than other.

Great filter on water and ice. Runs quietly. Stays cold.

Decent fridge, works well and does the job of keeping things cold. However the "stainless steel " started to develop rust lines from water droplets in just 3 months.

We are so impressed with this side by side. The Handles are fingerprint resistant and that’s a huge selling point. The overall look is stylish and we love the way they made the water and ice maker. I can’t say enough about this Amana 24 cubic feet and it’s perfect size. So very happy.

Very good product a good price for a lot of room inside. Controls that are easy to understand. Dont have to worry about shuting off the ice maker it dose it by itself..easy to clean..you you have kids you might have a lot of fingerprints on it you always touch it when you walk by

The fridge was delivered and installed with an ease. It has a good amount of space in both the frezzer and fridge area but is a little bulky (outer appearance). Very easy to use and clean. I am pleased thus far.

Arrive with dents in the back of the unit. One drawer doesn’t open n close easily. I got this to match other Amana appliances in my new house. It’s a good purchase for the price so far

After having a Samsung this Amana is better. I’ve had it for 4 weeks and so far so good. I have a household of five and it’s a good size for us. I was a little skeptical about it but I don’t regret purchasing it. The only thing I dislike is the ice dispenser is extremely loud when being used. And when the fan kicks on its also loud. At the end … I’m okay with it. For a picky person, I would recommend it.
