They arranged for their technician to install and haul away my old item in February. As of Dec 1st 2025, the mount for the dishwasher fell out. I called to get this fixed as it is under 1 yr warranty. Best Buy said they installation is under 90 day warranty only and I would be charged an additional $175 for getting it reinstalled correctly. What a scam. Im a Best Buy+ member, purchased and had the item installed by Best Buy and they don't stand by their work. So dissapointed. Best Buy is no longer on my list for puchases moving forward. Such poor service, no wonder their business model is failing.

Plan on setting half the load out to finish air drying. There is also a lot of water left in the machine after a cycle, so leave that open too.

So hard to get replaced. Dishwasher is on back order. But I will say that one wash load was clean!!! The dishwasher was quiet. I would love it if it worked.

Good unit for general dishwashing
