Damaged Product

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to drive a few hours to pick up this supposedly new range, only to unbox at home and find out that they had damged it before they shipped it to the store and decided they were jusy going to send it like that anyways. Now the are saying I have to go out of my way to drive up to the store again because they do not offer delivery to my address. Cannot believe this is how my first shopping experience went with best buy. THUMBS DOWN

STAY AWAY FROM BESTBUY. All that effort and this oven is the cheapeat piece of garbage. It was delivered with a scratched cooktop. The delivery co just dumped in my garage--literally dumped. The top was messed up also. Bestbuy was impossible to deal with. Been with them for 30+ years. Itbis over now

Amana stove

Didn’t notice it as it was still boxed up so we could haul it to our cabin. Luck ally you don’t see it but had to hammer out dents to get lower drawer to work
